How did they get the piano all the way up there? For me to live up that high, I'd attach a parachute to a bug out bag in case of fire.

Its beautiful isnt it with hardly any sign of nature apart from the park........

Personally looking at man made shapes all day kinda makes me want to puke...

As an architect I appreciate the technology that allows us to build such magnificent structures. And those views are amazing! I bet the top penthouse units sell for tens of millions each. Although, based on the design of that tower, I bet at the higher floors you will be able to feel the sway of the wind blowing the tower left and right.

As an architect I appreciate the technology that allows us to build such magnificent structures. And those views are amazing! I bet the top penthouse units sell for tens of millions each. Although, based on the design of that tower, I bet at the higher floors you will be able to feel the sway of the wind blowing the tower left and right. I was wondering about sway, have been in some tall older buildings that you could feel the building move, sorta reminded me of being on a boat at anchor.

But I have also been in newer taller buildings that had anti sway/counter mass systems that felt rock steady in windy storms.

Like you I am amazed at the architecture and would like to see what tech is built in it!

Having a home like that with a chandelier swaying back and forth all the time would drive me batshit crazy. (there are a couple of photos on that website with chandeliers installed)

Being in the penthouse is not about luxury, or opulence...it's about power and standing over the ants that serve you.
You don't think a mere goy will occupy that space?
