Well, according to the article, no evidence "so far".
The officer, Darren Wilson, has told the authorities that during the scuffle, Mr. Brown reached for the gun. It was fired twice in the car, according to forensics tests performed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The first bullet struck Mr. Brown in the arm; the second bullet missed.
The forensics tests showed Mr. Brown’s blood on the gun, as well as on the interior door panel and on Officer Wilson’s uniform. Officer Wilson told the authorities that Mr. Brown had punched and scratched him repeatedly, leaving swelling on his face and cuts on his neck.
Article also states that Wilson testified before the grand jury for four hours, something he was NOT required to do, yet something I see as very positive for Wilson since it helps the grand jury see Wilson on the hot seat answering their questions WITHOUT counsel present (although one can go out and talk to one's ATTORNey before answering each question and then come back into the grand jury if one so chooses to do so however doing so does not make a good impression with the grand jurors) for several hours when he has no obligation to do so. Someone feeling like they were out of line in their actions will NOT be seeking an appearance before a grand jury as that's something that can go south on someone in a big way - IF one has ANYTHING which makes them look bad. Appearing before a grand jury voluntarily = very ballsy and VERY confident in one's conduct (don't ask me how I know lol).
