That was cold, but in Arabia it would have been his whole hand and not just the fingers.........the thief was very brave and didn't even scream one time.

I don't think it's healthy to be watching shit like this, honestly. Anyone find out what country this was in? Just would like to know which country not to visit. Would hate to be accused of being a thief there.
