That 'ad' is seething with contempt for the intelligence of its readers. Prosecutors Against Gun Violence? Aren't these the same prosecutors who support the police state? Are these the same prosecutors who refuse to prosecute cops who murder people and use excessive force? How many of the 30 American lives taken each day are taken by cops (and therefore not a 'crime')? Do I have a mistaken impression that a major part of the gun violence in America is done by the police, who regularly murder unarmed people, often in botched militarized SWAT raids. Aren't these the same prosecutors who support, and benefit from 'asset forfeitures'? What would it look like if they formed a group called Prosecutors Against Private Property? What a crock.

Maybe the people who read this sort of bullsh*t uncritically deserve contempt for their intelligence.

There are a few things that slipped my mind in my earlier post here. Aren't these the same prosecutors who are responsible for the US having the highest incarceration rate in the world? Aren't these the same prosecutors who have jailed so many innocent people for so long for mere possession of a harmless weed? Aren't these the same prosecutors who think that everyone who disagrees with them is a terrorist? Aren't these the same prosecutors who deprive people of due process by 'plea bargaining'? Aren't these the same prosecutors whose career ladder promotes them to judges, and then they become politicians? Aren't these prosecutors, judges and politicians the biggest bullies on the planet? And isn't their agenda on this advertisement to disarm the American people so that they can domnate them by reducing their status to mere slaves? These are the people who created the Punishment Industry and makes a few people wealthy from the punishment of large numbers of people--most of whom are innocent but for insane laws that criminalize ALL behavior.

The only important thing about this Ad is that it is paid for by the most evil, sleaziest would be dictators who lie about everything. The next most important thing is that a large number of stupid people will agree with them.
