Management has to play it right. Structure the deal so that employees are rewarded for stock performance and with physical PM's. Thereby relieving Management of some of their monthly cash commitments, so they have more freedom to refuse to do business with the Cartel.

I'd like to see a mining company develop a contract to sell straight to China for a price that allows reasonable profit, maybe $1325.
