To clarify, an Emergency Action Notification is higher than an Emergency Alert System announcement. It is an alert reserved only for nationwide events like a nuclear strike. An EAN has never been issued, even on 9/11. During an EAN, all programming is switched to a single channel.

Bobby Bones' radio show played a utube video with the EAN tones (prohibited by Feral law unless authorized) which triggered this outcome -

Last time i ate a duck my grandpa cleaned the two i shot and mumzee fried them up.
I was just a kid and i still remember picking the shot out of the duck on just about every bite.
