The proportionally spaced font on the reply letter , is suspect to me. It was the case, that you could get such typewriters but I think they were not widespread. Would want to have further verification, just because if there is anything off it will be used to discredit the "Hillary Haters".

I focused on the letters and almost completely ignored the envelope. Good catch. Back in those days, it was extremely rare to make it through the post uncancelled.

So this is a 1968 FDR Stamp. Notice it has a vertical notation. It was also released in 1966.

The stamps are fine, completely consistent. Why there is no hand cancel or machined mark is the big question.
