NYC EMP Terror Drill

In what appears to be a New York City terror drill for an impending EMP attack, it was revealed on October 22, 2014, that city’s Office of Emergency Management (OEM) ran a training exercise that simulated a response to a 10-kiloton nuclear device exploding (http://newyork.cbslocal.com/2014/10/22/emergency-agencies-practice-response-to-nuclear-explosion-in-times-square/) in Times Square.
