Watching this again I noticed he said the first seizure occurred when the kid was 6 weeks old. Wondering if they continued with the rest of the CDC recommendations? I'll bet the psychotropic meds made things much worse in a hurry.

According to the CDC schedule by the 2nd month he should have: RV (at birth) 2-HepB (1 at birth) DTaP Hib PCV IPV

I would say the kid is trapped inside a fucked up body, would rather die than live like that. He is trying to say something and no one is listening.

Why I say this is my 1st ex drugged my kid (concerta 36mg) before he was 6 and he got all fucked up, like he was in a straight jacket. Angry as fuck, emotional mess, torturing chickens and other critters. Took a few months of near death side effects before I got him off that shit. He changed mentally into a somewhat different person and never came back... really sad shit.

Edit to add: I went to confront the ped that gave the scrip. When I told him about my concerns he said
Don't worry 'dad' He is just getting used to being a different person.

Can't find any other info on the OP kid.
