That's a young bull, they are quite playful. They don't have good surfing etiquette though, when you are out there trying to catch waves they think they own them.

they live under oil rigs , a guy on night shift for 2 weeks reckons they where coming up the stair wells with fishnets and mascara on , I him he had been working too long..............ah that was a laugh
