Amazing. That construction worker remained calm and in control, when most folks would be panicking like crazy. That's why he's alive. He's got that experience on video to look back on too.

He was able to drop down with relative ease to the balcony below so he could have continued to drop down two more times to get to ground level (building couldn't have been more than four floors).

4 floors because of lack of fire escapes? I was thinking that but it was a building under construction, fire escapes would be added before the occupants move in. He was patient, had a visual on a ladder truck to get him.

he did a better job of saving his life then the firefighters did . it look like the fire fighter were fighting with one another about how to get to him just watch them

Cops would have sent out a swat team sniper to serve and protect that guy, then claimed he lunged at them from the rooftop.

What kind of building was that? It went up like paper. How can something like that be built? Lucky man. I would not like to be in that situation. How long would it take a fire brigade to get there I wonder.
