Corporate America is not the same as Constitutional America.
Those bills you fold into your wallet are corporate coupons. You use them in your corporate capacity. 'Course all anyone is really interested in is those corporate coupons so there is no real reason to go back to the constitutional side is there?

You are corporate aren't you?
Don't you pay tax?
If you hold a share of Verizon stock when they make a distribution wouldn't you pay tax on it?
With some companies taxation is through distribution to members.
