I wonder if he is actually a citizen. him being english makes more sense now. I wondered what his connection was. Seems he may have some birth connection.

I just want to point out that no one down here eats or has even heard of a blooming onion. And no one down here drinks Fosters, ever. I don't know where they came from. I went to one of those places in Florida. It cracked me up. I actually had a Prime Minister something. My Dad loved the blooming onions.
