It looks like they have one of those incinerator toilets. Smells like curry, very cool!

33k seems expensive. I paid 65 for almost 1800 sqr feet, 4 bedrooms 2 2/12 baths an over 18 acres. Passive solar custom built. Last night was in the 40's so no fire was needed for heat. Today is cloudy so its not very warm in here. Maybe 64 but still no heat needed. My friend came over last night and she said my house is warmer with no heat than hers is and shes been running her gas heat.
There's no question I got a good deal on the place and we did a land contract so I paid it off in 3 years. No money created out of thin air like if I had gotten a mortgage.

Seems like overkill on a 5 acre lot.

Ha, I'm serious though those incinerator toilets smell like curry.
That's a $2000 head. That makes a big dent in the 30K total price of the home and property.

I would live happily in an abode like that.

Cost per square foot is always the killer. I have a thread on the other forum about my latest portable cabin project.

No doubt it is a nice small house. But I built the house in my avatar for about the same price they built theirs. The main advantage with theirs is of course they don't need a building permit, which I in theory needs which would have added a few thousand dollars in costs, but I didn't bother with after attempting with Turkish bureaucracy. Essentially a horrific experience! I have a low risk of a crackdown because of that, but in Turkey you have that risk also after following the book...

hoarder why could you not add a sliding glass door at the end with the two doors are but leave those doors and set inside the slider so you can have a view when you are there and be able to lock at up once you leave
