Was this an old story? I have heard nearly those exact same words from someone else, a woman who said the person should not have interfered. She also says she doesnt know what happened so can't comment except that she does.

The problem is, is you have a duty to prevent crimes if you see them in progress. Depending on where you live you have certain legislated rights and means to defend yourself, others or your property.

Down here we can protect life and property but only if meeting the threat with something reasonable for the circumstances. You can't kill someone trying to steal your car for instance but you can shoot someone threatening you or family in your home.

I still have the feeling this is a story from a few months back.

actually, i don't think they do.

they're burnt out struggling with an issue that's rarely discussed - they have a biological and/or cultural impediment with restricts their functional intelligence.

I think they start out with functional consciences (unless brain-damaged by cocaine etc.), but many lose it when they get to puberty. that's the age when we see the chimp-outs.


so they have a heard time fitting into the digital economy, even with Affirmative Action and pResident Zero @ 1600 Penn Ave.
