Never heard of auto tune?! Been around for years now. Absolutely disgusting I think. Almost everything that you see or hear on radio/t.v. is literally fake.

What kinda shocked me was they use auto tune on amercan idle etc which is supposed to be live, which it might be but it goes right through auto tune. I know the lip sync was standard for performances but really don't follow music enough to have learned this.

Disgusting. No wonder popular music is such garbage today. Pop always has been, but occasionally something good came out of it. Today it all sounds computer generated. You can hear that the voices do not sound real.
