When the FSIA was passed in the 70's there was concern that there were still people with the capacity to charge congress and executive branch with treason. These were people who could trace their posterity to revolutionary days and had not accepted the benefit of social (in)security. The FSIA provides a remedy for these people so that they would have no reason to make the treason charge. If you record your ancestry to revolutionary days and can show no claim to social (in)security then you have immunity from prosecution. The speaker is AL Barcroft who is reputed to have gotten 170 m/l out of federal charges.

Al is an ex-lawyer who was warned and heeded that warning ... he left the country.

I never heard of this guy until Palani started this thread nor knew his book existed.

I'm glad you have come across this book Palani.
I beleive everyone on this site should read this.....for the most part its saying everything I've been saying about taxes, citizenship and Social Security since I joined this site.

Social Security is the avenue for the government to usurp your freedoms in exchage for mere privileges.
I'll attest to what AL says about not paying taxes....it can be done..........I know now what he knew about Social Security from the 70's as I dont pay income taxes either and work a 40 hour job.

If you want t oset yourself free of this government grip.....READ this book and take action!

If your Yea means yes and your Nay means no then you might be wherever or whenever you say you are. Mexican and Canadian borders are political boundaries and not natural. Watersheds are natural boundaries and not political. You can go to the USDA or EPA websites and they will tell you WE ALL LIVE IN A WATERSHED. I find no reason to argue with this observation or its' opposite conclusion that NOBODY LIVES WITHIN A POLITICAL OR CORPORATE BOUNDARY. You will find only bankrupt legal fictions there.

What prosecution are you talking about?

I had never heard of this guy before receiving an email on him. Below is some of the info included in the email


information off Howard Griswolds site in re Al and the FSIA.
Al Barcroft got 168 people off of federal charges for all kinds of
purported crimes. He won every case except one where his client
refused to follow his coaching. His wife was one of his victories.

He is a friend of mine and told me the whole story.

He was a lawyer in Texas. The BAR called him in to chastise him
and disbar him but they could not do it without him appealing their
decision all the way to the supreme court openly. They did not want
his knowledge of the FSIA coming out publicly so they tolerated

him replying to their notices to stop representing people with
FSIA with his usual response on their notices. He wrote "fuck you"
on their notices and returned them to the BAR.

After he was called into the chambers of a federal judge and was

warned to stop or something bad could happen to him and loved ones,
Al turned in his bar card and left the country. He only did this
after on two occasions black helicopters touched down on his ranch
in Texas.

Al might explain this further in the audio. I have not uncovered any information on the topic so far. I don't believe any of my ancestors were here before 1860 but

1) the U.S. recognizes the concept of jus sanguinis although they don't call it that by name .. so blood is one path to citizenship

2) the U.S. recognizes the concept of jus soli (for their own citizens) so it is a short stretch to bring up the principle if you happen to have been born on foreign soil.

In my case I happen to have been born on land that was once French (courtesy of the French Indian war) and is covered by a treaty between the U.S. and France. This status does not give me sovereign immunity but does provide a form of remedy to being called a subject.
