View Full Version : Guy Taylor fighting mortgage fraud and fraudulent eviction

I watch UK Column (http://www.ukcolumn.org) fairly regularly. It is a UK Alt Media information outfit. This guy has come up a few times and has been at this for quite a few years now.
Here is a part of a video recorded during a constitution gathering in the UK. I think this is organised by Roger Hayes but I'm not 100% sure. Guy Talks about how he got involved in his legal battle to try and save his inherited property from thieves.
Basically someone at the bank forged his signature and created a new mortgage on his property. He was sent new payment account details when this was done. He paid into the new account. The bank came and said he had not paid (in to the old original account) for several years.
So the foreclosed on him. He discovered the fraudulent mortgage documents, but even worse than that was he discovered that banks and lawyers and councils have bought "Court Stamps". They can create their own Summons's, Eviction Orders, Arrest Warrants. All without having to go to a court and get a Judge as per the law. Bailiffs have been using these fake documents to get Sheriffs to come along and drag people out of their homes. Basically they are issuing fraudulent documents as well.
He uses Liens and cures them. He also talks about Torts. He says it works, but I think the deal is that he is still fighting as they just keep going again and again, plus flicking the problem to the next court. This is no easy fight but it needs to be fought, in numbers.

I'll post another couple of videos shortly. One with some back ground from a few years ago, 2011.

One of the things that interests me about what Guy is facing, is that he has been doing private CRIMINAL prosecutions. I've been looking for more specific info on how he does these.
I am aware that you can do your own here in Australia and I have heard of them being done, However, what we find is, that the Department of Public Prosecutions shows up, usually with the "State Attorney" (known as the DA in the US) who then takes over the case and withdraws the charges.
Guy has found a way to deal with this and block the "State Attorney" from taking over. I don't know how this is done.
These two videos are long. Part 1 audio is not perfect but it is listenable. Some of it is repeated from the OP video but the man has a story and he tells it to lots of groups of people Half way through part 1 he gets to talking about Private prosecutions but no nitty gritty technicals.

This is an audio recording of the actual court / administrative tribunal case that Guy talks about frequently. This is where he had been in court 12 times over the same claim. Now not 1 claim being continued 12 times but the same claim being re-issued 12 times by the same company despite being knocked back 11 prior times. Basically they just keep doing it again and again. I think thats the scenario.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nIdkmYwAoIQ
Anyway he gets a dismissal this time but the magistrates say not for the reasons he tells them to dismiss it, but then they go on to say the power company has provided "No Proof of Claim". So it's basically the same thing.
It is interesting because he does and says, what he says he does and says in court.

This is another worthwhile talk given by Guy. It takes them about 20 minutes to sort the audio out. A few more worthy tips and tricks

I'm getting an idea of how you might stop a public prosecutor/DA from taking over your private criminal prosecution.
Been reading some interesting things about police. It seems you should check and ensure that they are inducted according the the correct law. If you are charged with something, it might also be worthwhile seeing if there are definitions of police in the relevant Statute or code. I've noticed a couple times now that a criminal statute might define a valid Po-Po as being one inducted in accordance with such and such a statute. Perhaps if you were arrested by a Po-Po who was not a conforming Po-Po, you might not have been arrested at all. I don't think ours have been inducted in accordance with the statute in quite a few years now.
The same might be said about other people who play with the law. Worth analyzing everybody's bona fides.

The British Constitution Group held their second annual Conference.
There are several 30 odd minute presentations available for watching here:

They have been posting these up over the last few days. I think there is one or two new ones since yesterday.
Speakers and Topics
Justin Walker.
Had a friend who was with the Bank of England. On his death bed he told Justin to look into the Bradbury pound. US people would know this as the same sort of thing that Lincoln did. I think JFK was trying to get there as well.

This man discovered Mary Crofts book back in the 1980's. This was before internet and all the information we have at our finger tips. He had the book, but basically nothing else. So he took Mary's book. Created some letter templates and started his web site. Been going for many years and is the most well known web site debt free on the net.

Some more videos have been posted on the British Constitution Group web site from their 2015 conference. They are pasting them all into the same page which is a pain. Difficult to download them because the video file names are just numbers.
Grand Juries - This one is very interesting. For anyone in UK, Australia, Canada and NZ as our systems derive directly from the UK, so the techniques discussed will work in those countries just as well as the in the UK.
Again the main problem I see is the Attorney Generals, who have as part of their remit, the ability to take over any privately commenced criminal prosecution. I think there is some information in the 2 Grand Jury videos which goes to that issue. I hope it explains the method they used to deal with that issue and still proceed.
There is a couple of hours in the two Grand Jury videos. Still watching.
Mike Robinson also gives a presentation which is posted up now. Not sure the specifics but something to do with the crown and law. He is a fairly smart guy. Will be worth watching.
I think Michael Doherty is the other new video posted up.

Guy Taylors presentation is still not posted as yet.

If you go to the video Grand Jury Part 1 @ minute 30 the presenter discusses what is happening in US Grand Juries and how they are perverting the course of justice by allowing the Perpetrators to give evidence to the Grand Jury.
This is a perversion because they are Not Sworn when giving evidence so they can and do lie.

In commonwealth countries it is possible for the public to commence a private prosecution. In some jurisdictions people who have started some kind of litigation (not sure it civil or criminal because I hadn't heard of it) are labelled vexatious.
But it doesn't need to be that way. I think there will be parallels with the US though obviously not with the Crown. But maybe it will give some clues of what to look for if you want to head the state attorney off at the pass if they try to grab your case. They will. They do here. Shut it down because no likely hood of success. Seems that is a breach of the law. If they take a case it is only on the proviso that they will prosecute it. No option to shut it down in the law. Otherwise they have to leave it alone.
Watch the Doherty presentation at the British Constitution Conference link. Well worth the 45 minutes. One man trying to protect his daughter from paedophiles gets dragged down the rabbit hole but wins many times. Still fighting but persistence prevails. But also logical thinking. And as the man says, the path gets lit for you so long as you persist. Walk through the valley and the path will be lit for you. Things fall in to place, providence plays her hand. Inspiring stuff.
The UK system is corrupt to its core. It's not the only one. I see that we are now awakening. It's growing. Its good.

Some more info on Grand Juries of the people. US connection to this system is at the end of the quote.
William the Conqueror established the principle that criminal trials should (in the normal case) begin with indictment of the accused by a representative body of neighbours sworn to speak the truth. This was merely a systematic enforcement of one of the many forms of inquisitio already in use: criminal prosecution was not to be begun on mere suspicion or irresponsible complaints. The jury of accusation (or presentment), instituted in 1166, has continued in use ever since, passing by an unbroken development into the grand jury of the present day...
This principle was acknowledged in Magna Carta 1215, a peace treaty settled by trial by battle between King John and the people which has the force of an Act of Parliament but since it was not made by a Parliament cannot be infringed by one:
39. No freemen shall be taken or imprisoned or disseised or exiled or in any way destroyed, nor will we go upon him nor send upon him, except by the lawful judgment of his peers or by the law of the land.
40. To no one will we sell, to no one will we refuse or delay, right or justice...
The authority of Magna Carta and Grand Juries were confirmed in “Statute the Fifth (1351)” by Edward the Third which is a statute in force:
IV None shall be taken upon Suggestion without lawful Presentment; nor disfranchised, but by Course of Law.
ITEM, Whereas it is contained in the Great Charter of the Franchises of England, that none shall be imprisoned nor put out of his Freehold, nor of his Franchises nor free Custom, unless it be by the Law of the Land; It is accorded assented, and stablished, That from henceforth none shall be taken by Petition or Suggestion made to our Lord the King, or to his Council, unless it be by Indictment or Presentment of good and lawful People of the same neighbourhood where such Deeds be done, in due Manner, or by Process made by Writ original at the Common Law; nor that none be out of his Franchises, nor of his Freeholds, unless he be duly brought into answer, and forejudged of the same by the Course of the Law; and if any thing be done against the same, it shall be redresseed and holden for none...
Note the words “unless it be by Indictment or Presentment of good and lawful People”. The distinction is important because the requirement for “indictment” to be by a Grand Jury is held by main stream lawyers to have been “impliedly repealed” by a later statute, the Administration of Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1933. Careful examination of that Act finds no mention of “Presentment” however so the 1351 statute remains in force as far as “Presentments” are concerned.
What then is a “Presentment”? The authoritative “Blackstone’s Commentaries on the Laws of England” has the answer:
THE next step towards the punishment of offenders is their prosecution, or the manner of their formal accusation. And this is either upon a previous finding of the fact by an inquest or grand jury ; or without such previous finding. The former way is either by presentment, or indictment.
A presentment, generally taken, is a very comprehensive term; including not only presentments properly so called, but also inquisitions of office, and indictments by a grand jury.
A presentment, properly speaking, is the notice taken by a grand jury of any offence from their own knowledge or observation, without any bill of indictment laid before them at the suit of the king...
Note the words, “the notice taken by a grand jury of any offence from their own knowledge or observation”.
It is now necessary to refer to legal authorities from our American cousins. It should be remembered that they were originally Englishmen and that they have preserved their rights as such better than we did on this side of the Atlantic. The legal basis of many US Judgments is founded on UK historical precedents.

Guy Taylor was interviewed on UK Column TV yesterday. These shows only stay on line for 24 hours, except for Friday which is there until Mondays show. They don't seem to have an on line archive you can go back through. I tend to download shows that I think have some information I can use. Guy Taylor's techniques should work herein Oz so for people in the commonwealth, the information should be useful
www.ukcolumn.org (http://www.ukcolumn.org)
Guy has been back to court on his own matter regarding the fraudulent possession and sale of his home and surrounding property, the unlawful arrest on burglary charges. The lack of warrants, charges, evidence, basically anything to support a charge against him. He was basically kidnapped by a couple of police officers claiming to arrest him. Basically a false arrest.
He has finally been given access to his court file which shows no warrants, charges etc against him ever existed. This is now in front of a Crown Judge and he doesn't seem very happy. He has ordered the Police to present the original documents of ownership showing someone else owns the property lawfully. They have some paperwork but it appears fabricated. Unsigned, averred and many other deficiencies.
So he has made huge head way. He was also in court this week to assist another man who was being screwed over by his lawyers as well as the other sides and the court. Don't know much more about that BUT after their British Constitution Group Conference he says they have dozens of other cases like his, where people are being dispossessed because of fraudulent mortgages that someone else has taken over their homes. Someone in the bank has been getting mortgages on other peoples property and pocketing the money. Where there was a real mortgage they have been Setting up new accounts for the mortgages and directing customer repayments into those accounts instead of the original mortgage accounts, so very quickly the people are defaulted for lack of payment, when the money has been diverted by someone in the bank.
The banks are seeing the defaulted mortgages and taking possession of those homes. It turns out that some 100,000+ people in UK are loosing their homes each year due to this scam.
Remember that this video will be gone by 13:00 GMT 03/27/15.

Guy Taylor is not the only one fighting these corrupt evictions - where no outstanding debt exists or where a fake debt has been created in order to steal a property.
Tom Crawford has been in and out of court specifically because a bank created a fake mortgage on his property. It is most likely a staffer who creeated the loan and took the money, attaching it to his property.
He went to court and effectively won the argument that there was no warrant for eviction, no evidence of debt etc.
Despite this ruling, Tom was evicted by fource from his home by debt enforcement bailifs.
His family and a few friends, up to 8 people, took back possession of the house after the eviction. Those 8 people were charged with trespass. This week, or late last week those 8 people had their day in court and all charges were dropped.
They were able to show no warrants exist. The court realised and queried this. Chares dropped. The rest of the battle is still to be fought, however this was a good outcome as they were also able to get the fraud on to the court record. Now they can counter.
I heard this on UK Column news. Can't find which episode at the moment. will post when I do.

Irish Policemen attempted to arrest a corrupt Irish Judge who refused to acknowledge the Police man's evidence that his mortage was paid in full and that no debt was owed on his home. I think the bank is santanda or something.
The Judge launched a personal attack on the man - Anthony someone and refused to decide in his favour.
The Judge broke several laws and the Court staff also comitted treason by releasing he Judge after his arrest.
Policeman to stand trial for contempt over 'judge arrest threat'
A policeman who allegedly approached one of Northern Ireland's most senior judges and threatened to arrest him is to go on trial for contempt of court.
Thomas Anthony Carlin was dressed in uniform as he attended Belfast's Royal Courts of Justice again on Thursday.
He declined to apologise for his actions at an earlier hearing.
He also rejected an offer of legal representation and asked to have a jury decide on his behaviour towards Lord Justice Gillen.
But another judge refused his request, instead listing the case to be heard by him next week.
Mr Justice Horner said: "I'm going to arrange for a trial to take place on this issue of whether or not there has been contempt in the face of the court.
"I will hear it, there will not be a jury."
He also warned the policeman that, if found guilty, he could be fined or sent to prison.
Mr Carlin's alleged outburst came at the end of a ruling in a house repossession case in the High Court on Tuesday.
'Threat to arrest judge'
The 43-year-old had been representing himself in the legal battle with Santander bank over a property in County Antrim.
At the end of the hearing, he allegedly got up and moved towards the bench, claiming he was going to arrest Lord Justice Gillen.
Security and court staff intervened before he was led from the courtroom.
He was arrested on suspicion of two counts of common assault, but subsequently released without charge.

Guy Taylor was recently jailed for 7 days after a very strange court hearing for a matter about which he had no knowledge of and the court would not tell him what the matter was. No papers had been served.
He attended a court after being told he was being charged over a claimed incident that happened some months ago. The court provided no paperwork and would not state the charges. The court was suddenly commandeered by a Clerk who then demanded a pleading on undeclared charges. Guys refusal to plead to unkown charges resulted in a Hold in Contempt action against him for which he was imprisoned for 7 days.
Hold in Contempt is not a criminal charge. It is more of an "at the courts pleasure" detention action designed to cause the person to apologize under duress.
He was released yesterday after 4 days.
This is a remarkable story of absolutely zero lawful process carried out by someone who was not a judge in the court and had been shipped out there either that day or the day before to take over the court. No one at the court knew the person and their bona fides had not been determined.
In addition, other persons were deposed as witnessed to the court events that resulted in the Hold in Contempt action. That person was not in the court at the time but appeared as a witness to the events, making completely false testimony to the court in order for Guy to be jailed. They also falsey claimed he had been represented by the duty lawyer and they claimed he had been served the papers. The duty lawyer had not represented Guy, had no contact or discussion with him and denied receiving the paperwork.
Guy was told by the Jail Superintendent that he was being voluntarily jailed.
Can't embed the video because it's not a YT format. 1st 30 minutes is the interview with Guy. Astounding stuff.

The best strategy is to expose the beast via these court fillings
But pocket the money you would have paid in tangibles of every stripe.
Keep only essentials there
So on the day YOU decide you can walk away with the fruits of your labor.
Obviously the strategy is subject to the particulars of your case.
Just a small side not of my own. ...As I fight the mortgage company they have been screwing the town by not paying taxes but the town is so screwed nobody is buying the liens so it just sits in limbo.
What I find amazing is the town is looking for 50 grand in back taxes over several years and under normal circumstances it would have been me who would have coughed it up.
So if nothing else I kept over 50 grand in my pocket to direct into various projects.

This is a 1 hour 40 minute interview with the Irish policeman who was thrown in jail for arresting a Judge in court for corruption. I mentioned this man in post #19. A few posts back
http://www.ukcolumn.org/ukcolumn-news/uk-column-news-23rd-may-2016
This is a good interview where he goes through the court process, the fraud of the bank, the fraud of court. At around 1 hour it gets into detail of the methods banks are using to defraud people with this thing called "mortgages". He discovered that it was true that Banks do not and cannot by law, lend money to people. He also discovered that they do securitize mortgages - they sell the and get paid.
The interesting thing about the securitization is that it is used to launder money. The bank accepts dirty money and uses it to pay against a mortgage - the mortgage "debt" goes to zero. Then they immediately take that money out which causes the mortgage to go from zero back to the previous balance. They can do this multiple times for each mortgage and the "borrower" would never know - unless they get a complete set of accounts which contains many more transactions than those that appear in the "borrowers" regular statement.
The fact that Judges have said they cannot do anything because it would bring the mortgage industry down overnight.
Very good thing to listen to.
