So, I woke up at 5:30 am the other day, (I usually sleep in much later) and so I looked out my window to see if anyone else was up.
All quiet
I can see a main street from one of the up stair windows and along comes a car......swiiiiish

Then, unexpectedly, I see what appears to be a recreational vehicle, except it's taller, wider and longer and scrolled across the side it says POLICE

My thoughts?

It is DESIGNED for a swat team, has electronic surveillance or as a container for a whole lot of people

Not any prospect that is appealing, desired or NEEDED in the area where I live
