sounds like a story made up so that people will demand more sex education of their children... so they don't have to do it themselves maybe? 13 is the EU's preferred age of consent so Bosnia is leading the way on policy.

Sort of reminds me of the accusations of Croatian rape during the Serbian conflict of the 1990's. They brought out a pregnant Serb gal before she gave birth claiming rapine. Then when the bun came out of the oven pitch black and the only blacks in the area were UN soldiers there was purely silence on the topic.
