That looks like just a hardware proxy. Tor and some other venders have been working on a hardware type system that routes all traffic / request over Tor. The problem is always going to be speed. Not sure if you've used Tor recently but it's slow as hell.

Nothing is perfect. However I have tested Tails inside VirtualBox and it works nicely.
