Imo, you can't bash on Obama for this. I'll point out my disfavor of him as much as I can, but showing support for some girl scout brownies, I think it's cool.

Heck, I love my little nieces to death. They talk my ear off, show me all their dolls and how excited they are. There's this one this, and this one that. There's pictures of me out there, Look at Uncle Hitch, playing with dolls. I like spending time with them. It gives me joy to see them and what makes them happy.

Obama probably doesn't care. A bunch of excited girl scouts seeing him, and such, and some jackass said put this on and let's take a picture, and he did it.

I guess I'm saying, I'd probably do the same thing if it made those girls happy.

The Presidency is supposed to be a dignified symbol of the nation. He could have taken the opportunity, when asked about wearing the tiara, to explain that freedom is so important that we don't have a King or Queen. But Obama is an entertainer. A clown. A dangerous clown, but nonetheless, a clown.

Obama's got his legs/feet all over the furniture in the White House, as well. He considers it his personal palace, instead of the People's House. For all his faults, Reagan always maintained dignified decorum.

We had a jumper off the bridge this morning as were going underneath. He threw his bag over first, then jumped. The captain got the boat up alongside, and I managed to grab him with the boat hook, pike pole. That was really hard, with the boat going up and down, and me trying not to poke holes in the body. The coast guard came out and picked him up. I hope I never have to do that again. I can't describe how much that sucked, grabbing a dead body in the water with a hook.

We are all bummed out by this experience. We called our families afterwards to tell them how much we love them.

Young guy too. My coworker looked in the guy's bag, and big surprise, it was full of anti-depressants. Thanks Big Pharma! Another soul you can claim.
