Technocracy

Technocracy reached its peak popularity in the mid-20th century led by M. King Hubbert (see Peak Oil (http://www.thedailybell.com/definitions/params/id/1880/)) and other scientists who believed that white collar specialty professionals such as engineers and other technical experts should be in control of decision making in their respective fields. Technocracy is a system in which "experts" are in charge of government. In other words, decision makers should gain their positions based on knowledge not political maneuvering.
Technocrats suggest technology-focused solutions and approach governmental problems with a "problem-solution mindset." The technocracy movement's influence may be seen within the modern "cult of technology" and the idea of an advanced "information society."
There are certainly negatives to be associated with the Technocratic movement. Hubbert, for instance, was not only a leading proponent of technocracy; he also came up with the idea of Peak Oil, a flawed concept that postulates that the world is running out of energy with potentially disastrous results.
Ironically, it is likely that Hubbert generated his thesis in order to create a problem for technocrats to solve. In fact, one of the ways that modern society is addressing the non-existent crisis of Peak Oil (and the similarly non-existent crisis of Global Warming) is through the worldwide installation of Smart Meters (http://www.thedailybell.com/definitions/params/id/3051/), as part of a larger Smart Grid.
While the Smart Grid phenomenon has not received much attention, even within the alternative press, it is certainly a problematic development. Smart Meters are intended to monitor every aspect of one's energy usage and, over time, can build up an actual profile of one how one lives and works within the larger gamut of energy use at home and at work.
The ramifications are staggering and have more to do with increasing the involvement of the state at all levels of one's personal behavior. It is not too speculative to assume – given what is going on generally as regards government intrusiveness – that energy companies in alliance with government forces might someday issue warning letters and penalties for those who stay in the shower too long or toast too many pieces of bread in the morning.
This then is the legacy of technocracy. After all, it was not a harmless idea that took root among scientists but a deeply malevolent plan to regulate human behavior in detail. Those who are ignorant of Technocracy or seek to defend it are assuming something is defensible when it is not.

Smart Grid

A smart grid is an electricity network intended to intelligently combine and integrate the behavior of all users that are connected to it in an attempt to deliver a secure, sustainable, and economic electricity supply. The Smart Grid uses innovative services and products, which are combined with intelligent communications, control, intelligent monitoring and self-healing technologies.
The United States defines the Smart Grid as the modernization of the nation's electricity and distribution systems so a reliable and secure electricity infrastructure can be maintained, assuring the ability to meet the future demand for electrical energy. The US Smart Grid system is characterized by the increased use of digital information and control technology.
A Federal Grid Task Force was established in 2007. The Task Force coordinates Smart Grid activities throughout the Federal government. A Grid 2030 vision was also established that year, which calls for the construction of a 21st Century electric system that connects everyone to affordable, clean, efficient, reliable and abundant electric power anytime and anywhere.
In order to achieve its goals the Smart Grid would integrate advanced functions into the current system so the security and efficiency of the power system is substantially enhanced. The advanced functions would include new-age technologies that use advanced computing and communication techniques.
The Smart Grid is the result of joint cooperation and effort from researchers, technology providers, utilities, policymakers and consumers. The Modern Energy Grid Strategy, which is a project of the National Energy Technology Laboratory, meets regionally to discuss the characteristics and the performance of the Smart Grid.
The goals are to provide power quality for the 21st Century and put systems in place that operate resiliently in order to prevent physical and cyber attacks. The group also enables new services and products, and optimizes the assets of the Smart Grid
Unfortunately, people who expect that the technology of Smart Meters will somehow miraculously provide cost savings are exhibiting a fundamental misunderstanding of the provision and utility of the technology.
Smart Grid and its Smart Meter technology are part of a campaign of behavioral modification. They are not aimed at making energy use more efficient; they are aimed at forcing people to use less energy. They are increasingly sophisticated tracking devices to inform the powers-that-be of one's energy consumption.
The movement is ubiquitous and aggressive; one could certainly be led to ask how such a global phenomenon takes off and where it comes from. In fact, the technology is being driven by the same Western elites (http://www.thedailybell.com/definitions/params/id/610/) that are promoting the global warming meme (http://www.thedailybell.com/definitions/params/id/654/) and other questionable concepts to centralize power and control within its internationalist institutions.
In the Smart Meter future, one's energy company and local authorities shall have the means to determine how many slices of bread may be toasted, how long a shower may be taken (and how hot you run the water) and whether one's PC is turned off at night. In the Smart Meter future, energy suppliers and the community authorities themselves shall be able to turn individual utility components on and off based on local statutes and in order to ensure enforcement of specific ordinances.
If you have not paid a parking ticket, you shall perhaps find that your electric car has not charged overnight and you will not be able to use it until the outstanding penalty is rectified. If you have written and posted an editorial or a letter-to-the-editor that has caught the attention of the local censor, you may find your PC has been switched off – or otherwise tampered with – and that you have lost your "communication" privileges for a certain amount of time. There is more, of course. One can invent endless extrapolations – some of which would doubtless be considered paranoid. But in this day and age, what sort of paranoia is not justified?
Smart Meters are not inherently a money-saving facility. They are not merely an energy-monitoring device. They are key technology in what will be, eventually, a system of extensive, even all-encompassing rationing. They are devices of control and authoritarianism (http://www.thedailybell.com/definitions/params/id/2606/).
There is nothing "green" about them in the final analysis except what corporate and government propagandists are paid to disseminate. They are a danger and a menace, a means of further depriving the West and eventually the world of the freedom to live and work in an individualistic manner.

Authoritarian(ism)

Political repression and the exclusion of potential challengers are two of the earmarks of authoritarianism. A highly concentrated and centralized power organization helps mobilize – even forces – people to achieve the goals of the State.
The rule over man instead of the rule of law is the main objective of an authoritarian government. Elections are usually rigged and political decisions are usually made by a select group behind closed doors. The main objective in most cases is the unregulated and informal exercise of political power by a leadership that is self-annointed/elected.
A military and a bureaucracy that operates above the rules maintain political stability. Allegiance to the regime is created through various forced socialization practices that must be followed or the consequences are severe. The authoritarian regime has indefinite political tenure so trying to get rid of a corrupt leader and his/her ruling party is a monumental task for ordinary citizens.
Authoritarianism can lead to totalitarianism (http://www.thedailybell.com/definitions/params/id/1924/), which is the extreme form of authoritarianism. Totalitarian followers are manipulated by a charismatic leader that practices a pseudo-democratic interdependence with followers through an ideology, which seems legitimate. Authoritarians view themselves as a person; totalitarians are viewed as an indispensable function that has the power to reshape as well as guide the populace through the universe.
The 21st century may be the century when global unity takes a giant step forward in terms of individual freedom, but in order to achieve that goal some of the political regimes in countries around the world must go through a democratic metamorphosis – of a local orientation – that weeds out despots and authoritarian rulers who line their pockets with incredible wealth and keep their societies in a state of fear. It is important, however, that such change happen without the intrusive arm of a hidden power elite (http://www.thedailybell.com/definitions/params/id/610/) pulling the manipulative levers of political and media control in order to stimulate a change that is nothing other than a glossy sounding movement devoid of any true purpose and one that feeds directly into the hands of those most intent on subjecting the nation to rape and pillage – albeit, in today's Internet Reformation (http://www.thedailybell.com/definitions/params/id/2195/) era, one that's cloaked in a transparent veil of artificial democracy (http://www.thedailybell.com/definitions/params/id/1862/).
Hope lies, if nowhere else, in what we have taken to calling the Internet Reformation. Like the Reformation before it, sparked by the Gutenberg Press (http://www.thedailybell.com/definitions/params/id/764/), the Internet Reformation is changing the sociopolitical structure of the world. The Gutenberg Press was partially responsible for the Renaissance (http://www.thedailybell.com/definitions/params/id/3145/), Protestant Reformation (http://www.thedailybell.com/definitions/params/id/2434/), Glorious Revolution (http://www.thedailybell.com/definitions/params/id/2454/), US Revolution, French Revolution (http://www.thedailybell.com/definitions/params/id/1933/), etc. Not all of these events created nations and sociopolitical systems, but some did. In the 21st century, the Internet Reformation remains a bright hope when it comes to counteracting the depredations of authoritarianism and one of the most important efforts of the Foundation for the Advancement for Free-Market Thinking (http://www.thedailybell.com/definitions/params/id/596/) (FAFMT) and the Daily Bell is to do our absolute best, via education, to contribute to beheading the beast that is Leviathan (http://www.thedailybell.com/definitions/params/id/28179/).

The Endgame of Technocracy

It took us about 30 minutes of discussion to realize that the Trilateral Commission was in process of hijacking the entire Administration of newly elected president, James Earl Carter.

Founded by David Rockefeller and Zbigniew Brzezinski, the Commission openly and repeatedly stated that it wanted to create a "New International Economic Order."Neither Sutton nor I picked up on the thought that the big hijack was not really a political coup, but rather an economic one. It's just that they needed the help of the Executive Branch of our government to pull it off.As a result, they have maintained a hammerlock hold on the entire trade and economic policy machine that has driven the world into a seemingly broken international system of finance and economic development. Broken is an understatement: Perhaps "spiraling out of control" is a better description.But, there is another side to the story that is much darker, presenting a clear and present danger to our Republic. That is, Technocracy.It is plainly evident today, with 40 years of historical examination behind it, that the "New International Economic Order" was really "new" and envisioned historic Technocracy as replacing Capitalism altogether. Technocracy was based on energy rather than money and its system of supply and demand that regulates pricing.Some distinctives of Technocracy include:• Elimination of private property and wealth accumulation
• Replacing traditional education with workforce training
• Micromanaging all energy distribution and consumption
• Driving people to live in a limited number of cities and off of rural land
• Enforcing a balance between nature's resources and man's consumption of them.Are you thinking that this list is vaguely familiar? You should because it represents the modern manifestation of programs like Agenda 21, Sustainable Development, Smart Growth, Smart Grid, Cap And Trade, Climate Change, Common Core, massive surveillance operations and a whole lot more. All of this has been brought to us by the machinations of the Trilateral Commission and its members since 1973, and it is all part of its master plan to completely replace capitalism with Technocracy. This is their "New International Economic Order"!What does Smart Grid have to do with Common Core? They are both elements of Technocracy. What does Sustainable Development have in common with Smart Growth? Technocracy. Climate change and total surveillance? Just before he took this position last year, Podesta had just finished up working with a high-level climate-change planning group at the United Nations that called for global reforms and renewed initiatives.Even the New York Times acknowledges, "the architect of Mr. Obama's climate change plan is none other than his senior counselor, John D. Podesta." The same NYT article also quoted Speaker of the House John Boehner as saying, "This announcement is yet another sign that the president intends to double-down on his job-crushing policies no matter how devastating the impact for America's heartland and the country as a whole."All complaining and whining aside, Congress remains completely impotent to stop or even slow either Podesta or his prodégé Obama. This is how Technocracy works: In the name of (false) science, they tell you what to do and you do it.Please be clear on this – people like John Podesta are not socialists, Marxists, communists or fascists. Christiana Figueres, the Executive Secretary of the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change, stated publicly in Europe on February 3, 2015:

“This is the first time in the history of mankind that we are setting ourselves the task of intentionally, within a defined period of time to change the economic development model that has been reigning for at least 150 years, since the industrial revolution."
What she doesn't say is that Technocracy will be the new economic system. The heartbeat of Technocracy is Agenda 21, Sustainable Development, Common Core, Smart Growth, Smart Grid and much more. Climate-change hysteria merely provides the stimulus to stampede the world into receiving it with open arms.

The dark horse of the New World Order is

The exact purpose of the Summit is to "achieve, for the first time in over 20 years of UN negotiations, a binding and universal agreement on climate, from all the nations of the world.(1)" [Emphasis added] In fact, this is the most important convention ever held by the U.N., intending to cement Sustainable Development and Agenda 21 policies into place all over the world.


Pope Francis' contribution to the global consensus is only 98 pages long, but it is a pithy call for Sustainable Development and global governance to enforce it. He sees the United Nations as the clear choice to promote both.


The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change has set up a special news site (http://newsroom.unfccc.int/) to track ongoing developments. The following statement appears on the home page:
These new front pages and focus sections capture news of climate change and stories about the groundswell of climate action by governments, companies, cities, the UN and civil society around the globe.


The Pope's analysis of the current status quo, as most damaging to the ecology, is that technocracy is mostly to blame. He writes in Paragraph 194, for instance,
It (talk of sustainable growth) absorbs the language and values of ecology into the categories of finance and technocracy, and the social and environmental responsibility of businesses often gets reduced to a series of marketing and image-enhancing measures.


In the next paragraph, he proposes the orthodox U.N. position of the "green economy":
The principle of the maximization of profits, frequently isolated from other considerations, reflects a misunderstanding of the very concept of the economy. As long as production is increased, little concern is given to whether it is at the cost of future resources or the health of the environment; as long as the clearing of a forest increases production, no one calculates the losses entailed in the desertification of the land, the harm done to biodiversity or the increased pollution. In a word, businesses profit by calculating and paying only a fraction of the costs involved. Yet only when “the economic and social costs of using up shared environmental resources are recognized with transparency and fully borne by those who incur them, not by other peoples or future generations”, can those actions be considered ethical.


In earlier paragraphs, the Pope opines about "a technocracywhich sees no intrinsic value in lesser beings coexists with the other extreme, which sees no special value in human beings." He further stated, "Politics must not be subject to the economy, nor should the economy be subject to the dictates of an efficiency-driven paradigm of technocracy."
Are you confused by his positioning of the word technocracyyet? Well, you should be!


While the Pope rails against the "efficiencies" and cold-heartedness of technocracy, he recommends running straight into the arms of Technocracy, which is the very heart of Climate-Change, Sustainable Development and Agenda 21.

This is most clearly seen in this statement from Paragraph 111: "Liberation from the dominant technocratic paradigm does in fact happen sometimes, for example, when cooperatives of small producers adopt less polluting means of production, and opt for a non-consumerist model of life, recreation and community."


Pope Francis' chief science advisor, who is largely responsible for the crafting of this Encyclical, is Hans Schellnhuber, who is a pantheist (a form of atheism). Schellinhuber believes in Gaia, or Mother Earth (https://stream.org/scientific-pantheist-who-advises-pope-francis/), as being a living, self-aware and self-regulating organism to which man is responsible. This is a polar opposite position of the traditional Catholic belief that God gave the earth to man for his sustenance and enjoyment.


If it was indeed Schellnhuber who introduced the concepts of technocracy and technocratic paradigm into the Encyclical, then he has done the Pope a great disservice, painting him to be ignorant of history and ignorant of the current nature of Sustainable Development. On the other hand, Schellnhuber has identified himself as a master of dis-information against this author who is trying to expose the historical and modern tyranny associated with Technocracy.


Whatever Schellnhuber's intent, it is interesting to note that he did indeed write about technocracy at the same time when the only recently published book on technocracy and Technocracy is this author's work, Technocracy Rising (http://www.technocracyrising.com/).

When I was a young financial analyst in 1978, I met Antony Sutton at a gold conference in New Orleans. It took us about 30 minutes of discussion to realize that the Trilateral Commission was in process of hijacking the entire Administration of newly elected president, James Earl Carter.

Founded by David Rockefeller and Zbigniew Brzezinski, the Commission openly and repeatedly stated that it wanted to create a “New International Economic Order.”


Neither Sutton nor I picked up on the thought that the big hijack was not really a political coup, but rather an economic onhttp://technocracy.news/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/brzezinski-rockefeller-1-300x200.jpg (http://technocracy.news/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/brzezinski-rockefeller-1.jpg)e. It’s just that they needed the help of the Executive Branch of our government to pull it off.


As a result, they have maintained a hammerlock hold on the entire trade and economic policy machine that has driven the world into a seemingly broken international system of finance and economic development. Broken is an understatement: Perhaps “spiraling out of control” is a better description.


But, there is another side to the story that is much darker, presenting a clear and present danger to our Republic. That is, Technocracy.


It is plainly evident today, with 40 years of historical examination behind it, that the “New International Economic Order” was really “new” and envisioned historic Technocracy as replacing Capitalism altogether. Technocracy was based on energy rather than money and its system of supply and demand that regulates pricing.


Some distinctives of Technocracy include:
• Elimination of private property and wealth accumulation
• Replacing traditional education with workforce training
• Micromanaging all energy distribution and consumption
• Driving people to live in a limited number of cities and off of rural land
• Enforcing a balance between nature’s resources and man’s consumption of them.


Are you thinking that this list is vaguely familiar? You should because it represents the modern manifestation of programs like Agenda 21, Sustainable Development, Smart Growth, Smart Grid, Cap And Trade, Climate Change, Common Core, massive surveillance operations and a whole lot more. All of this has been brought to us by the machinations of the Trilateral Commission and its members since 1973, and it is all part of its master plan to completely replace capitalism with Technocracy. This is their “New International Economic Order”!


What does Smart Grid have to do with Common Core? They are both elements of Technocracy. What does Sustainable Development have in common with Smart Growth? Technocracy. Climate change and total surveillance? You guessed it.


It is all part of the same economic coup started in 1973 and if left unchallenged, it is going to deliver us straight into a Scientific Dictatorship from which we will not be able to recover.
If I am even remotely correct in my analysis, then we had better figure out who the real enemy of the American Republic is.


Ignorance is not the enemy; Ignorance merely hides the enemy and his agenda, but it can be quickly remedied with sufficient illumination and knowledge.


Politicians are not the enemy, whether liberal or conservative. Technocrats hate politicians because they are incapable of running a technological society, but they use politicians whenever it can advance their agenda.


The government itself is not the enemy, but technocrats control certain parts of the machinery of government in order to implement their Technocracy agenda.


In fact, the enemy is Technocracy. Technocrats are human, embedded, entrenched, single-minded, amoral, highly trained, hardened, with unlimited funding. They are master strategists, master propagandists, fully networked and maintain a constant cover-up of their actions. They have worked their way into the fabric of our society from the highest levels of the Executive Branch down to the lowest levels of local government.


The hard-core technocrats in government have virtually neutered every elected body in our nation, from Congress down to state legislatures. Even when Congress passes legislation that gives direct marching orders to Obama and his Administration, they are simply ignored. When Obama wants his own action without going through Congress, he simply creates Executive Orders, Memorandums or Signing Statements.


To be fair to Obama, he is not a technocrat, but only a puppet thereof. All of the Technocracy puppet-masters are lurking and executing behind the scenes.

Podesta is Senior Policy Advisor to Obama for Climate Change. In the 1990s under Clinton, Podesta invented and perfected the policy of ruling by Executive Orders, and now he is coaching Obama. Just before he took this position last year, Podesta had just finished up working with a high-level climate-change planning group at the United Nations that called for global reforms and renewed initiatives.


Even the New York Times acknowledges, “the architect of Mr. Obama’s climate change plan is none other than his senior counselor, John D. Podesta.” The same NYT article also quoted Speaker of the House John Boehner as saying, “This announcement is yet another sign that the president intends to double-down on his job-crushing policies no matter how devastating the impact for America’s heartland and the country as a whole.”
All complaining and whining aside, Congress remains completely impotent to stop or even slow either Podesta or his prodégé Obama. This is how Technocracy works: In the name of (false) science, they tell you what to do and you do it.


Please be clear on this – people like John Podesta are not socialists, Marxists, communists or fascists. They are Technocrats who are bent on imposing Technocracy that will ultimately destroy capitalism and install themselves as the unelected and unaccountable leaders of the New International Economic Order.


It’s a Scientific Dictatorship.

Perhaps you can understand why I sub-titled my newest book, Technocracy Rising (http://www.technocracyrising.com/), as “The Trojan Horse of Global Transformation.” That’s what it is. People all over the world are rushing to climb aboard this “green” horse but the product being delivered is pure destruction. They are being played like fiddles in a symphony orchestra. They are collectively being deceived into thinking that Utopia is straight ahead – but instead of Utopia, they are going to get dictatorship.


Indeed, it’s time for a national discussion on Technocracy. The technocrats who are bent on transforming America must be identified, challenged and stopped.Maybe that’s what you want. Not me. However, understand that we will not uproot Technocracy as long as we think we are fighting communists, socialists, Marxists and Fascists. That’s the wrong enemy, and while you might knock them all into oblivion, the technocrats will quietly move toward their goal of transforming the world into a Technocracy.

If I was trying to create a perfect human farm, these goals (among others) would be at the top of the list. I also agree that referring to the architects of this system as "Marxists", "liberals", " fascists" etc, is outdated and inaccurate. While what is becoming has roots in all of that, what wee see today cannot be describes in any one of those terms.

After earning a B.S. in International Affairs and a Master of Arts in Security Studies from Georgetown, he received his PhD in International Relations from the prestigious London School of Economics.


Khanna’s career started as a Research Associate at the Council on Foreign Relations, where Trilateral Commission member Richard Haass is President. Technocrat Henry A. Porter wrote Roosevelt and Technocracy in 1933. He bluntly called for President-elect Roosevelt to declare himself dictator in order to summarily implement Technocracy. He likewise called for the abolition of Congress.


In order to implement Khanna’s Technocracy, President-Elect Trump would similarly have to declare himself dictator, because the citizenry of America would never voluntarily accept these moves.
Resistance is not futile

They, in turn, will utilize science and the Scientific Method to restructure and control the entire global economy and society.


Americans rejected Technocracy in the 1930s and saved themselves from Scientific Dictatorship. While Khanna wrote in TIME “a bit more technocracy could ensure America’s best days aren’t behind it”, I suggest the polar opposite: Technocracy will destroy America as a nation and as a culture. It will trample freedom and liberty with the jackboot of Scientific Dictatorship.

Note to readers:
the people in charge of, yes, running the future are counting on a populace who can’t think beyond a few weeks or months. That’s their ace in the hole. The long-term future must always seem blurry and vague—and a waste of time to consider. Why? It’s obvious. The people in charge are always building the long-term future, brick by brick, and if very few citizens can grasp what it looks like, how can they object or resist or sound an alarm?

If you want to illegally take over an area, you need to invent an external threat justifying the takeover. We’ve been seeing exactly that recently, as Russia has suddenly been painted as a hostile force trying to destroy our “open democracy.”

Therefore, the Department of Homeland Security is now in charge of US elections, to “combat the Russian hackers.”

And it isn’t only elections.

In the release, last Friday, that gave control of US elections to the Department of Homeland Security (a naked coup (https://jonrappoport.wordpress.com/2017/01/08/this-is-a-coup-the-homeland-security-takeover-of-us-elections/)), we also have this, from ABC News (http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/wireStory/state-election-systems-federal-aid-security-44615737):

“A 2013 presidential directive identified 16 sectors as critical infrastructures, including energy, financial services, health care, transportation, food and agriculture and communications.”

“The designation announced Friday places responsibilities on the Homeland Security secretary to identify and prioritize those sectors, considering physical and cyber threats against them. The secretary is also required to conduct security checks and provide information about emerging and imminent threats.”

ABC got it wrong. The responsibilities (excluding elections) placed on the head of Homeland Security weren’t invented last Friday. They kicked off in 2013, and they represent a technocratic op to infiltrate and exert power over every aspect of American life.

The 2013 Policy Directive, issued by President Obama, was titled: “Critical Infrastructure Security and Review.” It enumerated no less than 16 areas of so-called US “critical infrastructure” where Homeland Security would muscle in:
Chemical; Commercial Facilities; Communications; Critical Manufacturing; Dams; Defense Industrial Base; Emergency Services; Energy; Final Services; Food and Agriculture; Government Facilities; Healthcare and Public Health; Information Technology; Nuclear Reactors, Materials, and Waste; Transportation Systems; Water and Wastewater Systems.

These are the areas where the head of Homeland Security is expected to “manage risk and strengthen security.” HS will also, of course, take charge of integrating and monitoring ALL the data networks of these 16 sectors.
It sounds reasonable to the average person. But the true theme is control. Planning, control, execution. Move in on these areas and exert operational command from the top.

This IS, in fact, the technocratic blueprint for global management of a new system. We’re talking about the re-engineering of society.

Capturing the 16 areas (and their data) above was always the long-term aim, when the Department of Homeland Security was invented in the wake of the 9/11 attacks. If you recall, there was considerable grousing then about the word “Homeland,” because it emitted a strong whiff of Fascism.

If the goal is engineering a new society—and it is—all systems of data collection, communication, and surveillance must be gathered under one roof.

The social and political engineer (aka the technocrat) views every person (unit) as a biological machine that must be profiled six ways from Sunday, for the purpose of inserting him into an overall pattern. As Patrick Wood explains in his brilliant book, Technocracy Rising (https://www.technocracy.news/index.php/product/technocracy-rising-the-trojan-horse-of-global-transformation/), “[technology] is being rapidly implemented…to exhaustively monitor, measure and control every facet of individual activity and every ampere of energy delivered and consumed in the life of such individual[s].”

In truth, the Dept. of Homeland Security is spearheading a movement to connect, cross reference, and integrate every major apparatus of data- collection in both the private and public sectors.

This is the ongoing op.

It is not partisan. It flies the banner of no political party. It pretends to protect the citizenry.
But, in fact, it is the major long-term threat to the citizenry.

It is planning a national and global civilization that does not ask for permission to exist.

No one is voting, because if a vote were required, and people were informed about what is really happening, they would overwhelmingly reject technocracy.

Which is why new enemies must be invented on a continuous basis—to justify the “proactive measures that will keep us safe.”

Homeland Security, with its 240,000 employees and its 24 agencies, is in the business of securing untold trillions of pieces of data for the forward march of Technocracy, Inc.

Suppose, instead of the political-speak we’ve been treated to, the White House and Homeland Security released the unvarnished truth? “Look, we need to collect, record, and store every possible datum on you and you and everyone. This isn’t about our so-called enemies, this is about us, your controllers. This is about the future we’re planning for you. Somewhere up the road, when we’re ready, when we think we can get away with it, we’re going to announce that the planet is in a terminal energy crisis and shortage. Therefore, every person will receive a card that records his use and consumption of energy, and when his quota runs out, he’ll be without energy until the next time period. Get it? This is where we’re headed…”

Again, as author Patrick Wood points out, when you encounter terms like sustainable economy, SmartGrid, green economy, Agenda 21, carbon taxes, cap and trade, and even Common Core (an indoctrination process for the young masked as education), you’re looking at technocracy-in-progress. In fact, you’re looking at declarations, in one form or another, about irreversible energy shortages that requite drastic solutions.

Since 2013, when Obama announced the 16 areas where Homeland Security has to exert its authority, a new phase in the authoritarian ascent to a mountaintop of control, framed as “scientific,” has been underway.

This is the long con, the long op.

The bosses are counting on the inability of citizens to grasp what is going on. The bosses are counting on the passivity of citizens when it comes to thinking about a future of more than a few weeks or months.

They are also counting on the “citizen energy quotas” I mentioned above sounding like nothing more than wild science fiction.

Well, travel back, for a moment to, say, the 1960s. If someone had told you then, “Your cell phones will be collecting data on you, and you’ll happily be profiling yourselves in great detail, for the government, on social media,” you would have said, “What mental institution did you escape from?”

What sounds like fiction becomes fact.

A new report from the state of New Hampshire has concluded that the safety of 5G technology is a concern for the health of the people, the animals, and the environment.

On November 1, a 111-page report describing the health concerns associated with 5G technology was released by the New Hampshire Commission to Study the Environmental and Health Effects of evolving 5G technology.
The report (http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/statstudcomm/committees/1474/reports/5G%20final%20report.pdf) was released to New Hampshire Governor Christopher T. Sununu, Speaker of the House Stephen J. Shurtleff, and President of the Senate Donna Soucy.

The recommendations include:
– state agencies include information on their websites regarding the dangers of radiofrequency (RF) microwave
radiation from all sources;
– calling on state agencies to add warnings concerning newborns, young children and pregnant women;
– ensuring any new wireless antennae installation located on private property to be placed away from residences, businesses, and schools;
– encourage the deployment of fiber optic cables and wired connections;
– recommend that state agencies work with scientific experts to develop RF radiation safety limits to protect trees, plants, birds, insects, and pollinators

5G — or 5th generation cellular technology — is the name for the latest telecom technology upgrade. The new technology is expected to herald the beginning of Smart Cities, where driverless cars, pollution sensors, cell phones, traffic lights, and thousands of other devices interact in what is known as “The Internet of Things (https://nymag.com/selectall/2017/01/the-internet-of-things-dangerous-future-bruce-schneier.html).” However, there have been a number of health and privacy concerns raised by opponents of the rapidly advancing 5G expansion.

These concerns led the New Hampshire house to pass HB 522 (https://legiscan.com/NH/text/HB522/id/1850440) in 2019, a bill which created the commission, tasking it to “study the environmental and health effects of evolving 5G technology.” The Commission was made up of several legislators who are also medical doctors and engineers, a scientist with expertise in electromagnetic radiation, a New Hampshire Town Councilperson and representatives from the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office, Department of Health & Human Services and the Department of Business and Economic Affairs.

The Commission also featured members of the wireless industry, including the CTIA, the largest wireless industry lobby which has been instrumental in promoting 5G. The members of the industry signed onto the “minority report” that stated “the scientific consensus” is that wireless technology is safe. However, the “majority report” documents substantial scientific evidence finding harmful health and environmental impacts.

In early November, the commission concluded that the safety of 5G has “come into question because of the thousands of peer-reviewed studies documenting deleterious health effects associated with cellphone radiation exposure.” The majority of the commission voted in favor of sending 15 recommendations to the Governor.

The report also recommends US federal agencies coordinate “to protect people, wildlife, and the environment from harmful levels of radiation” and states that “until there is Federal action, New Hampshire should take the initiative to protect its environment.” The strongest call to action was a recommendation that a resolution be introduced to the House of the U.S. Congress to require the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) to commission an independent review of the current radiofrequency (RF) standards of the electromagnetic radiation in the 300MHz to 300GHz microwave spectrum.

The 5G Commission’s goal was to answer several questions regarding the safety of 5G. The commission asked the following:
– “Why are the FCC radiofrequency exposure limits set for the United States 100 times higher than countries like Russia, China, Italy, Switzerland, and most of Eastern Europe?”

– “Why have more than 220 of the world’s leading scientists signed an appeal
to the WHO and the United Nations to protect public health from wireless
radiation and nothing has been done?”

– “Why have the cumulative biological damaging effects of ever-growing
numbers of pulse signals riding on the electromagnetic sine waves not been
explored, especially as the world embraces the Internet of Things, meaning
all devices being connected by electromagnetic waves, and the exploration
of the number of such pulse signals that will be created by implementation
of 5G technology?”

Devra Davis PhD, MPH, President of Environmental Health Trust, commended the state of New Hampshire for “taking the time to generate such an important and historic document.” Davis also called for reducing wireless exposure in light of the growing body of evidence. Davis has previously published research (http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0013935118303475) documenting the scientific evidence which indicates that radiofrequency radiation from mobile phones and other wireless devices is a possible human carcinogen and recently published a paper on cell phone radiation and colon cancer (https://www.somatopublications.com/increased-generational-risk-of-colon-and-rectal-cancer-in-recent-birth-cohorts-under-age-40-the-hypothetical-role-of-radiofrequency-radiation-from-cell-phones.pdf).

Davis and the Environmental Health Trust have also partnered with the Children’s Health Defense in a join lawsuit against the FCC. The suit, filed in July, accuses the FCC of failing to protect human health and the environment by dismissing scientific evidence of harm from wireless radiation. The suit alleges that the FCC violated numerous laws and ignored scientific evidence when it decided on December 4, 2019 that FCC radiofrequency-exposure limits and regulations provide adequate protection and thus, should not be updated.

New Hampshire is not the first state to call for independent study of 5G technology. Back in May 2019, the Louisiana House unanimously voted (https://themindunleashed.com/2019/06/louisiana-study-environmental-health-impacts-5g.html) to have the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality and the Department of Health study the effects of 5G technology on the environment and public health.
Corruption Written Into Law

According to the FCC’s regulations, local governing bodies are not allowed to consider health risks when making their decisions. This is because the federal law known as the Wireless Communications Act of 1996 prohibits local jurisdictions from considering perceived health effects when taking an action on a proposed facility. Instead, cities and towns can only regulate cell sites based on the aesthetics and placement of the devices.

This problem was only made worse in September 2018, when the FCC passed a new rule (http://theconsciousresistance.com/2018/10/new-fcc-ruling-gives-federal-government-control-of-5g-rollout/) putting the federal government in complete control of the 5G rollout. In April 2019, President Trump issued an executive order (https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefings-statements/remarks-president-trump-united-states-5g-deployment/) stating that local and state bodies must now approve new 5G infrastructure within 90 days. The Trump administration also initiated a cap on the fees local governments can charge telecom companies wanting to install 5G technology (https://www.bitchute.com/video/16dZYURgIhU/).

Additionally, in early February 2019, the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee held a hearing on the future of 5G wireless technology and its impact on the American people and economy. At the hearing, U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) raised concerns (http://theconsciousresistance.com/2019/02/wireless-lobby-claims-ignorance-on-5g-safety-studies/) about the lack of scientific research and data on the technology’s potential health risks. In early December 2018, Senator Blumenthal and California Representative Anna Eshoo held a press conference (http://electromagnetichealth.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/IMG_20181203_0002.pdf) asking the FCC to provide evidence that 5G technology is safe (http://theconsciousresistance.com/2018/12/connecticut-senator-calls-on-fcc-commissioner-to-disclose-safety-data-for-5g-networks/).

New York Congressman Thomas Suozzi also sent a letter to the FCC seeking answers about the technology. “Small cell towers are being installed in residential neighborhoods in close proximity to houses throughout my district,” said Rep. Suozzi in his letter (https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/DOC-357620A5.pdf). “I have heard instances of these antennae being installed on light poles directly outside the window of a young child’s bedroom. Rightly so, my constituents are worried that should this technology be proven hazardous in the future, the health of their families and value of their properties would be at serious risk.”

New Jersey Congressman Andy Kim sent a letter (https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/DOC-357620A6.pdf)as well, noting that, “Current regulations governing radiofrequency (RF) safety were put in place in 1996 and have not yet been reassessed for newer generation technologies. Despite the close proximity to sensitive areas where these high-band cells will be installed, little research has been conducted to examine 5G safety.” Oregon Representative Peter A. DeFazio, House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman, wrote a letter (https://www.eugene-or.gov/DocumentCenter/View/46057/Rep-Peter-DeFazio---Letter-to-FCC-on-5G) to FCC Chairman Ajit Pai and acting FDA Commissioner Sharpless regarding the status of the government’s research into the potential health effects of RF radiation and its relation to the FCC’s guidelines for safe human RF exposure levels.

Despite the growing concern from state representatives, scientists, health professionals and journalists, the FCC has wholeheartedly endorsed the rollout of 5G, claiming that there are no public health concerns. Additionally, many cities and localities are raising alarm bells due to the federal government and their partners in Big Wireless usurping local control of 5G expansion. Thanks for all of this. Yes, it's looking like humanity is totally screwed. It's impossible to wake people up. It's amazing how some people just cannot get it through their heads that the US govt does not care about them. Like those Larouchies, who get some things (like Great Reset, and Green new deal are genocidal), but then at the same time they have a post about Operation Warp Speed and how wonderful it is, and to ignore the "disinformation campaign against the vaccine"--I can't believe these people are so freaking STUPID!!!
