Though it’s a bad thing but sorry to say this ain’t something new. My cousin works with a DUI attorney Los Angeles (http://www.duilawyerlosangeles.com/) and he often tells me such DUI cases where cops crossed the limit and the worst part is that victim or convict can’t do much about it as he is already facing criminal charges in form of DUI.
