Salary is salt; Latin salarium
Wage is to deposit as a pledge; just deserts
Pay is make peace;from pax (genitive pacis) "peace" (see peace)
Regular is the outcome when you have sufficient fiber in your diet.
Regular pay is therefore to establish peace with your system by making frequent deposits; i.e., with 'REGULARITY'. This phrase includes depositing both the salt and the deserts along with the fiber.
Now that I have made clear the meanings of these words and phrases I urge you to get your mind out of the sewer.

Any links to verify your not pulling our leg?
Many online dictionary's have a section called "obsolete" where you can see how the word was used in history which may not even be applicable today or the situation.
You seems to like using absolete definitions to prove a conspiracy or make a conpsiray or just keeping the conspiracy growing.
You're not a very honest person palani.

Yes you are a person...you use a ssn and have a drivers license. That puts you right in the same definition as a corporation.

"Commerce Law" states that By Default a Natural Person is automatically treated as a Sole Proprietorship barring other outstanding determinations. (Like Mental Incompetance.) So, if you're John Doe. You OWN John Doe Co, by default unless otherwise determined by Gov'tal Entity. And your SS# is your Employer ID #. Remember, it is a PRIVILEGE, not a constitutional right to be classisfied in commerce as a U.S. Citizen.... and the constitution @ amendment 14 guarantees "equality," hence your application to become a U.S. Citizen & its use cannot be terminated w/o just cause by both parties to the contract....
As a natural person operating in commerce exercising the "PRIVILEGE" of "limited liability" as a sole proprietor, the .gov may constitutionally require a occupational license & "excise" tax to exercise said privileges on salaries, wages, gratuities, etc....
Income Taxes have been ruled "unconstitutional" by SCOTUS..... However Art. I, sec 8 cl 1 does authorize taxes of every kind, but places the rule of uniformity on excise, duties & impost taxes..... The occupational license & tax scheme is fully constitutional, and there is nothing that bars or bans the .gov from deceptively referencing the nature of the privilege as an "Income Tax," when in fact it is an indirect occupational tax & license scheme....
If you argue the unconstitutionality of the income tax of 1895 the fed courts will agree per the Pollock, Brushaber & Stanton decisions, but attempting to apply the same sophistry & arguements will fail in toto today, as the fed .gov IS NOT laying & collecting an income tax... but an excise tax on the privilege of conducting commerce as a "limited liability" sole proprietorship.....
Thus any claims for remedy & relief must be addressed employing these parameters.... failure to wisely address these parameters will result in the court ruling against your claim, "failure to state/stake a claim upon which relief may be granted." And rightly so.... secondly U.S.C . is self defining.... and hence, sets the definitions within the scope of the legislation and its jurisdiction.....

What conspiracy theory website did you get this garbage from?
Heres where you can find the "excise tax" on private sector earnings. It has nothing at all to do with what you copied and pasted.
This first quote is statute 26usc 3111. Its a statute relating to the employer....but what does it say why the excise tax is imposed from?
26usc 3111
(a) Old-age, survivors, and disability insurance
In addition to other taxes, there is hereby imposed on every employer an excise tax, with respect to having individuals in his employ, equal to the following percentages of the wages (as defined in section 3121(a)) paid by him with respect to employment (as defined in section 3121(b))—
Notice the employer is being imposed an excise tax. An excise tax for what?
For paying an employee 3121(a) "wages" (social security earnings....box 3 on the W2).
Since when did the government call working for someone and getting paid for it ....an excise activity?
Why the advent of Social Security is when they called working for someone and getting paid for it an excise.
How do I know?
I know because 3121(a) "wages" are in respect to 3121(b)"employment".
In other words your earnings are only deemed these 3121(a) "wages" (taxable excise activity) when they (your pay) is in respect to 3121(b) "employment".
Must be participating in Social Security to earn 3121(a) "wages".
Ok that just deals with employer side of things......but its the employer side that lets the cat out of the bag about what the excise taxable activity is.
Ok lets look at the employee side of this.
3121(a)
Old-age, survivors, and disability insurance
In addition to other taxes, there is hereby imposed on the income of every individual a tax equal to the following percentages of the wages (as defined in section 3121(a)) received by him with respect to employment (as defined in section 3121(b))—
Thats pretty much verbatum.
Its worthy to note that the employer side is being taxed an excise tax at 6.2%.
This 6.2% the employer is being taxed is your half of the Social Security tax
Guess what?
You are being taxed the same 6.2% for your half of participation in Social Security..........they're related as in one in the same.
This is why I get all up inside Palani ass because he doesnt do any homework in regards to anything he ever posts.
He just wants to beleive in conspiracy theories because hes too damn lazy to properly research the subject matter and all he does is hinder those who listens to him.

@ Trump... Agree with everything you stated about the SSI Tax.... however my post was relative to the misnamed "income tax," not the SSI tax.... And NO that wasnt a cut n' paste either! The post is from researching court cases on the "commerce clause" Art I, sec 8.....

7th, sorry, I could be being lazy, but do you have any links to your post that explain or show how to undo or get out of the program?
A 'How to get out of S.S.' thread would be real cool.
Maybe contributions on how to handle situations/scenarios without using a S.S number?

A SSN is the property of the Social Security Administration. I don't have one and I don't own one.
The drivers license is a bond to get of out of jail. Certainly not the topic of this thread.
Neither is 'person' a topic of this thread. Stop hy-jacking my thread and stay on topic.
