Where to go in America to avoid becoming a Prison Statistic

Seems like a worthwhile map to take to heart ... showing where most prisoners are 'housed'. Generally speaking .. try to avoid the south, the northeast, southern California and Arizona. Colorado looks to have a prison industry in the works. Looks like west of the Mississippi River in the central and northern regions are best.
