In order to make those one would have to buy shitty toxic gum that one should not be chewing. Still pretty cool. Should be a way to do the same thing aluminum foil in combination with something flammable - like dryer lint soaked in paraffin.

buy the gum, chuck the gum or give it to a close enemy, keep the wrappers.

Same should work for cigarette foil. you could spark off a 9v and wire.
