Unless you are living in a cave or the remote jungle with no record of your birth there is nothing they don't already know about you, if they want to.

That's it Mouse.

This is true, unfortunately, linked computer databases are making it dam near imposable to hide. Unless you have no contact at all with the connected world. And even then it would be iffy , not to be known.

Well at least we are all still posting and breathing and not incarcerated(yet) so we pose no threat to them or their system.

I suspect and have no doubt, tho we use avatars and such, someone in gov, (Pick a name any name) knows exactly who we are and live. Unless one only posts using public access points/networks and moves around a bunch and never the same place.

One of the last times i crossed the border before it was law that Canadians needed a passport to enter the USA the US border agents held me against my will and by typing my name off my drivers license into a machine that looked marginally like a typewriter told me information that was correct about myself that was NOT available off my drivers license.

The networks/internet have allowed databases to link, so local is not local anymore when it comes to info. The world IS growing smaller in many ways, for the good and more for the bad, at least that is my take, 1984 becoming.
