Many people have a negative view of the sun; thinking that it causes cancer. In this interview from 2009, Andreas Moritz explains that we need the sun's rays to promote and maintain skin health and prevent cancer. He says lack of sunlight can cause premature aging among other things.

The sun causes skin cancer to be sure. Generations of may family toiling in the hot summer sun in the antipodes proves it. My own arms are proof.

There is no doubt that UVA and UVB cause cancer.

What an utterly absurd thing to say.

skin cancer is really a modern phenomenon... WHY?? How about poisoned foods increasing ALL kinds of cancer? Sure, wear sunglasses to further the deterioration of our health... and to increase vit D depletion

This Monsanto herbicide is killing us by blocking access to minerals in the body and soil. Anyone think this is just a coincidence?? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jthp2HNnriI

your mind is so compartmentalized that you cannot see the BIG picture...

If by mind controlled you mean free thinking, then yes.

Prove skin cancer is a modern phenomena, you're making the assertion...

You can't.

Skin is one of the first things that decomposes without preservation.

Fair skinned individuals are more prone to skin cancer in hot sub-tropical and tropical climes. I hardly think you can talk from experience here. You are sprouting off your silly mouth with more destructive and false information.

Shame on you.

give me a break

even people who dont have a fair skin get skin cancer these days

down here in NM, the sun burns but every day we can see chemtrails floating all around. Metal particles reverberate sun rays a lot more.

we are poisoned from the inside out... do you realize that?

No I won't give you a break.

People with higher levels of melanin are LESS prone to developing skin cancer, that doesn't mean they won't.

Zinc oxide has been used for YEARS as a sunscreen with no ill effects, so your statement about 'reverberations' with metal particles (whatever that means) is utterly illogical.

There are definitely some compounds that are carcinogenic, I would never deny that. But your fictitious 'chemtrails' are not one of them.

Hyssop has high concentrations of thujone and chemicals that stimulate the central nervous system can provoke epileptic reactions when taken in high enough doses. The oil of hyssop can cause seizures and even low doses (2–3 drops) can cause convulsions in children.

aeon will always look for mainstream data... and fall for the war on homeopathy

The health benefits of Hyssop Essential Oil can be attributed to its properties as an astringent, stimulant, anti-Spasmodic, anti-rheumatic, antiseptic, carminative, cicatrisant, digestive, diuretic, emmenagogue, expectorant, hypertensive, nervine, sudorific, tonic, febrifuge, vermifuge and vulnerary substance.

The essential oil of Hyssop is extracted with the help of steam distillation of the leaves and flowers of a shrub called Hyssop. In the botanical world, it is known by the name Hyssopus Officinalis. This shrub grows mainly in the Mediterranean region and was known as a holy or sacred herb in ancient times.....

There is no such thing as 'mainstream data'. There is either data that has a solid statistical basis in its interpretation or not.

Natural remedies =/ homeopathy

You are conflating the two.

There are plenty of natural remedies that I use preferentially. Homeopathy on the other hand is for charlatans and witch doctors.

With all due respect Palani skin 'burn' as you put it and skin cancer are two completely different things.

yes, skin cancer is skyrocketing...

Sunscreen Causes Cancer? What You May Not Know About Sunscreen

Who would think that sunscreen causes cancer? It has been only a fairly recent development, but it still could cause some serious shock and awe when ever
yone figures out that conventional sunscreen found in drugstores nationally could be a potential risk factor for skin cancer. Sunscreens are made to protect and help your body, so why are we finding out that sunscreen causes cancer? It could be simply widespread ignorance, or it could be that the FDA has kept this secret under wraps for at least a decade.

RE BOLD:
my understanding
Homeopathy, a system of natural medicine, harnesses the intrinsic power of nature
with remedies coming from the plant, mineral and animal kingdoms.

The protection from sun burn was just a side effect I notice. I expect I come down with all sorts of cancer all the time but the body seems to handle them ok. Perhaps that is due to the Dan's enhancer, the MRS2000+ mat or Dr Tennants biomodulator. Or it could be the 20 gauss field I sleep on every nite. Who knows?

The sunscreen thing was all about the Ozone hole. The hole in the ozone layer. Anyone remember that? There is this hole and it was getting bigger and we were all going to die? Maybe it did. I don't know. They stopped talking about it after about 10 years.

Maybe you guys up there are not affected. Who knows.

The Antarctic ozone hole is a dramatic thinning of ozone in the stratosphere over Antarctica each spring. This damage is due not only to the availability of ozone-depleting substances in the stratosphere, but also specific meteorological conditions that facilitate the destruction of ozone over Antarctica.http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/e/ea/NASA_and_NOAA_Announce_Ozone_Hole_is_a_Double_Reco rd_Breaker.png

I'd think that the ozone issue was a psyop to make ppl rally behind the global warming agenda.

How much time have you spent in absolutely searing midday summer heat where you instantly feel the skin on your body sear from the heat.

Not much I bet.

What is offensive is reading ignorant post after ignorant post of your outrageous claims that have no basis in reality to back them up other than your misguided belief that literally EVERYTHING we know is probably wrong and that fictitious beings from the past who we know absolutely NOTHING about were hi-tech genius' by comparison.

You have to be completely brain dead to even contemplate this idea, but you do.

And here is another example, with absolutely NO evidence to back up your absurd claim you come out and arrogantly claim that ozone hole was a psyop.

An ozone hole that at its peak was literally causing third degree burns and blistering the skin of anyone who would spend more than fifteen minutes in the midday sun. It was astonishing. . Kids everywhere were suddenly having to go to hospital for sunburn. It was like walking into a nuclear reactor you could instantly feel the radiation searing your skin, it would sting like nothing else. Then as the hole slowly repaired the sting and the burns subsided.

But you expect everyone to believe you even though you have ZERO experience in relation to the phenomena.
.
Well, you're DEAD WRONG. You couldn't be more wrong if you tried, so shut up with your absurd and offensive remarks.

yes, saying that everything is a scam is offensive, just calm down and take a deep breath.

Incidence of skin cancer in Queensland (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queensland), Australia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australia) had risen to 75 percent among those over 64 years of age by about 1990, due, it is presumed, to thinning of the ozone layer. It was pointed out by Garland et al. that the melanoma rate in Queensland had taken a steep rise before the rest of Australia experienced the same increase of melanoma numbers. They blamed the vigorous promotion of sunscreen, which was first done in Queensland,

No, the lack of ozone coupled with higher detection rates is what is showing an increase in reported cases of skin cancer.

Look, to be honest, cause thats what I am, I'm an honest guy. I was being melodramatic about the 15 mins stuff.

But the truth is there were a lot of kids in the early to mid 90's that were reporting to emergency with VERY bad cases of sun burn, my partner was one of them (coming from NZ).

In fact there was one particular year where the ozone layer almost completely disappeared and burn rates skyrocketed, this is a fact.

You can't go around calling the loss of ozone a conspiracy, we in the southern hemisphere were first hand witnesses to its effects. So please don't do it, its just stupid.

whatever aeon... you just have anger management issues and suffering from a stalking syndrome

Stalking?

Because I happen to disagree with your views, methodology and general ability to think straight? Sure, whatever...

you inflate reality.... cause a reaction then blame and insult the reaction (me).

You couldn't be more wrong if you tried, so shut up with your absurd and offensive remarks.

you have definitely LOST your last bit a credibility with me

write novels, aeon.

That particular spot on the body appears to be exactly where a right handed human might first apply his sunscreen.

Oh, what a clever detective you are. /s

I have something to say but I'm jacked up.

Here I get sun more than where I moved from. Now get sick 1 or less times a year. Spring unfolds and I am in the sun. Give me some sun. My great grandmother stays out of the sun and has no skin cancer. Great GM did.

I'll hang out cooking my body in the sun a few days and things are fine.

same here. I cannot get enough sun... except when I am in the desert, just too dry. Even when in Sri Lanka (many years ago), I was laying on the beach and snorkeling the whole day.
