Well takes Braggs for serious issues, but not daily. The problem is it can eat up your tooth enamel over time so you need to be weary.

I dont now how they can maintian that price point but i try and horde as much as i can because its only a matter of time before the increase comes

Swallowing hydrochloric acid is just as bad as drinking Pepsi. The stomach wants to be at 2.0 pH so it produces its own hydrochloric acid. It does this by also creating a highly alkaline substance (bicarb of soda) which gets circulated to neutralize the stomach acid when it hits the intestines. If you supplement the hydrochloric acid you are not permitting the body to neutralize stomach contents in the intestines.

Walmart carries Heinz unfiltered "with the mother" unpasturized ACV much cheaper than braggs. If they have it when I'm there I grab a few bottles because it flies off the shelf. Apparently people know about this stuff lol.

Off hand I would trust Braggs first but it's hard to come by. Compared the both and in taste test samples... same is same. The stuff disappears here so fast I hardly have a chance at it so I grab a few of the Heinz.

The truth is you will NEVER be able to buy enough CS to use as needed when u need it.

For example

When i feel a cold coming on i have drank almost HALF A GALLON of CS and that usally knocks the cold right out i might have to do second does in the am.


My point is there is no way on planent earth i could buy that much CS and be as liberal with it if i wasnt making it myself

I never got results with a few squirts from a spray bottle or nose dropper.

You need to be heavy handed in your usage and you can only be like that during self production

Fuck that I like your soap box.

The CS did not work for me and a cold and I drank about the same amount.

When researching warts for my son I came across zinc. Zinc sulfate 220 mg each take 3 a day for a month... kids warts literally fell off within 2 weeks. Warts are hard to reach virus cause there is minimal blood flow to them. So, yesterday my kid was puking and felt shitty, today he confirms he has the crud. He says I should do the zinc and lipsomal C so I don't catch it. Me being an old ass stubborn asshole am waiting for symptoms (if he didn't suggest it I would already be on it). Anyways at first sign of onset do the zinc and lipsomal C and you should be good the next day.

I did not lose faith in CS just the stuff I make is not very good at virus but real good on bacterial infections. Something about the molecular size and stuff.
