We were told in October, before 2014 was over, that it was heading toward being the warmest year on record (Figure 1). The visual link of Polar Bears underscored the message. In fact, 2014 was among the coldest 3 percent of years of the last 10,000, but that doesn’t suit the political agenda.

Maybe in some parts of the world, here the winters have been warmer and dryer the last few years. And more so every year, compared to the last 50 here.
Sumthing is different!

The year 2014 was one of the coldest years in the record books in several states in the Mississippi and Ohio Valleys, according to a government report released Thursday.
NOAA's National Climatic Data Center (NCDC) said 2014 was among the 10 coldest years since modern records began in 1895 in the following states:
Arkansas: 6th coldest
Illinois: 6th coldest
Indiana: 7th coldest
Louisiana: 9th coldest
Missouri: 9th coldest
Wisconsin: 9th coldest
Michigan: 10th coldest

Maybe I guess they mean the winter of 13/14, but whatever....
The end part of 2014 was mild for me. The winter of 13/14 was, for us, the 3rd coldest winter in the last 100 years; and it get quite cold here, colder than any US state [and that includes Alaska].
So, I'm not believing the post. I know of Dr. Tim Ball [he teaches here at UoW] and is a leading figure against the established "Global Warming/Change" BS.

And am truly feeling every one of them in my bones and such !
As we grow older most pay for the foolishness of our past abuse of the body we wear, but not all age the same as others.

Big map looke like it may get cold but it could also warm up getting here. It's all a guess, look at the moving maps and you can guess much better than the weather stations.
