If you haven't tried it, ximmy recommends Devil's Cut.

So smooth, so decadent, sooo anti 7th trump.

I'm having one now.

For xmas someone gave me these silicone ice ball maker things...
They are great!

I hate alcohol.

I come from a family of severe alcoholics. I refuse to touch the stuff.

I listen to Rense and drink some wine almost every night while I argue with someone on the internets. Hmmm it is still sort of fun but I remember in the 1970's when I was a kid we played outside all day and that seemed to be better but thinking about anything then was always better I suppose

Shami, good on you. I've gone on to cut out breads too. I eat meat, vegetables, dairy, and that's about it. My blood sugar levels are stable and I feel great.

I thank you actually for that Price diet you've posted.

how do you tolerate the comm breaks? about 18 mins per "hour" are noisy comm's, over and over, same ones, and they crank the sound level up a bit for these to "wake you up"?! And doesn't rense play some corporate 'nooz from dajooz' feed at the top of each hour?

I'd say just grab the rense show mp3s posted at mami's usually within a couple hours after the end of the live show. Comm free, the "hours" are about 42 mins. If that's too late fer yuh, just listen to the previous night's show each night. 54 mins of comm break time over every 3 hour rense show saved, to listen to something else worthwhile. :)

I only listen to Rense after as I do pay him a few FRNS to not hear the crap, I will not ever buy "life change tea" fuckers, Rense is an ignoramous in some of his stuff, he tells truth that is ok I guess, hey Pat give us your radio programs that you find interesting, this is very serious, I would very much like to know your response.

BTW It was me that got Christopher Bollyn on Rense, he really was not too impressed with him (Rense)

I drink Bone Broth and Reverse Osmosis Ice Water:
http://s24.postimg.org/4lzpwg345/010.jpg

I buy chicken bones in bulk and make it with 50% chicken feet (for high gelatin) and 50% chicken carcasses, with carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, bay leaves, peppercorns, and salt. Yummy and gives you a ton of energy.

I used to make thousands of gallons chicken, beef, and veal stock when I was cooking professionally. It was always my job to put up the stock in the morning and ice paddle it. I love stock and have a mild obsession with it for its nutrition and taste.

Rense is like 40%+ bullshit. I'm very selective about what I listen to with him now. You're actually better off listening to Deborah Tavares (archive link here (http://renseradioarchives.com/stopthecrime/).) She's on the hour before Rense is on and reports more realistic stuff on Agenda 21 type stuff.

The only totally legit radio show I've listened too is the Daily Shoah (http://gold-silver.us/forum/showthread.php?80517-The-Daily-Shoah-Podcast) at this point.

Thread: great truth radio podcast blog - no commercials! (http://gold-silver.us/forum/showthread.php?60988-great-truth-radio-podcast-blog-no-commercials%21)

Shami goes to his doctor for a check-up.

Doctor: "You're doing fairly well for your age."
Shami: "You think I'll live to be 80?"
Doctor: "Well, do you smoke tobacco or drink beer?"
Shami: "No, I've never done either."
Doctor: "Do you eat rib-eye steaks and barbecued ribs?"
Shami: "No, red meat is unhealthy!"
Doctor: "Do you spend a lot of time in the sun, such as playing golf?"
Shami: "No, I don't."
Doctor: "Do you gamble, drive fast cars or fool around with sexy women?"
Shami: "No, never!"
Doctor: "Then why do you want to live to be 80?"

WTF. I eat a ton of meat. Meat and lard are healthy.

Also I don't go to Doctors. I haven't seen one for 6+ years since I've been on a healthy diet. I don't get sick.

The rest is true though.

I live my life making and playing video games all day.

what more appropriate thread to post this next show in, than one principally about the joy of alcohol, which suffered some 'thread drift' into podcasts?!

haven't listened to this next one yet... usu when authors are interviewed, it's essentially an infomercial for their book, duh, $28 book in this case; but the nice thing is, they tend to spill the beans, cut to the chase, in the interview. Also why I'm a fan of amazon reviews; though leery of the astroturfed (fake) "reviews". 54 mins, MP3 link at bottom:

It’s not just a problem for alcoholics who’ve hit rock bottom. Drinking takes a toll on the relationships, finances, careers, health, and families of millions of people. In fact, nearly one out of every three people over the national drinking age meets the definition for excessive drinking, according to a 2014 U.S. government report. Excessive drinkers range from beer-guzzling “weekend warriors” to senior executives who rely on scotch to unwind to suburban moms who polish off a “heart-healthy” bottle of red wine every night. As recent CDC figures attest, excessive drinking is a problem that kills an average of six Americans a day.

Together, Jack Canfield, leading success coach and famed creator of the Chicken Soup for the SoulŪ phenomenon, and Dave Andrews, leading sobriety coach and recovered alcoholic, have developed a highly effective and uniquely liberating approach to ending drinking’s toll. In THE 30-DAY SOBRIETY SOLUTION: How to Cut Back or Quit Drinking in the Privacy of Your Own Home (Atria Books; January 19, 2016; $28.00) (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/147679295X/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=147679295X&linkCode=as2&tag=patricktimpon-20&linkId=VWY4RGCDQO6D6BD2), Canfield and Andrews offer a solution to people who want to cut back or stop drinking excessively—as well as to the 23.5 million Americans living in recovery and looking to be re-inspired—in their comprehensive, practical, and empowering recovery resource. Drawing on eight years of research into cutting-edge scientific findings about addiction and thousands of hours of working with excessive drinkers, along with their personal experiences and extensive collective knowledge of life transformation, the authors support readers in overcoming their destructive drinking in a completely unprecedented way.

http://oneradionetwork.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/Dave-Andrews.jpg

DAVE ANDREWS is an acclaimed sobriety coach and speaker, and a recovered alcoholic who has been sober for eight years. One of the world’s leading experts in helping others recover, reclaim, and reinvent their lives without alcohol, he has been featured on more than fifty national and international talk shows. He serves on the Board of Directors of the nonprofit organizations Young People in Recovery and Advocates for Recovery and is CEO of The 30-Day Solution, LLC. He lives near Denver, Colorado, with his wife and two daughters.

Dave answers these questions and more in this interview:

What will your life look like without alcohol?
You have to change on the inside to change long term. Dave talks about the difference between willpower and the real desire to change. Sometimes willpower can be dangerous
Are you afraid what others would think if they knew how much you drank or leery of the conventional “public” methods of recovery?
Does the idea of not drinking sound like a boring and dull life, one that is hard to imagine being worth living?
Are you concerned that your attempt to change or quit will end in failure again, or that you will no longer fit in at social events?
Does it make you sad to think what it will be like not having your wine, beer, or liquor at the end of a stressful day or week?
and more in this exceptionally inspirational podcast.
