Imagine that!!! Three 8-12 year old boys whiz in a stairwell and an all points bulletin gets issued. Stairwell is going to be closed for two weeks for cleanup and get a load of the cost of the janitor and cleaning supplies. This marks a new low in the value of the dollar.

The City of Dubuque is looking at a $2,500 bill for cleanup services after three young boys urinated over the rails in the 5th Street parking ramp Saturday afternoon.
Tim Horsfield, parking systems supervisor for Dubuque, said they have clear surveillance footage of the three boys spending "quite some time" in the ramp, and urinating over the rails on the seventh floor of the tower.
"We'll need to sanitize, bleach and clean that tower," Horsfield said.
The cold weather will force them to heat the tower as well, which drives up the cost of the clean-up.
"We're disgusted when we have to deal with issues like this," he said. "But we don't want to expose anybody to anything that might be bio-hazard or anything like that."
Horsfield said they've handed over surveillance footage from that day over to police, and as of Wednesday afternoon, he said police had identified one of the suspects.
This isn't the first time something like this has happened, Horsfield said.
A very similar event happened about a year and a half ago, and again, it was three young boys. They were identified, and a judge ordered the three families to split the cost of the cleanup, which then was about $2,100.
Horsfield said he expects the cleanup to be done by early next week. Until then, access to the stairs has been cut off, though patrons of that parking ramp can still use the elevator.
