He's right, Wesley Snipes was jailed for 3 years and used that argument during his court case with the IRS.

I did speak with Tommy 2 years later before he passed away. The irs never attempted to try this again nor did they ever go after him for 1 penny. Contrary to what others try to promote about the guy he is legit and beat em with their own code. He also knew the code inside and out, wasnt allowed to use any of his notes in his trial either so if you want to take on the beast you have to know your shit.

When he was on the stand. He was a layer but he had another lawyer represent him and put him on the stand so he could get all of the m,aterial out there.
A big point (And I am doing this from memory) is that there is no tax imposed on your income. Never has been. With all over taxes the tax has been imposed upon it. alcohol, tobacco, firearms, ect.. There's more but its been about 8 years since I look at the tuff. In the end I understood it very well. I wasnt about to put my ass on the line for it though. The Gov has unl;imited resources to prosecute you. They can destroy your life just for fun. In the end I have better things to do with my time. The few k a year they tax me isnt worth the hundreds of hrs I would have to invest to fight them on it. So, life goes on, I am happy, the gov is happy so in the end I choose to enjoy life rather than fight. I just post the info because this guy knew the truth before he died.

Depends on what you call income.
Yes, the government hasn't defined per say what "income" is...and its not really necessary to define income. Its damn near impossible to define what income is because certain unrelated laws effect what is "reported" and what is not.
However, what gets reported on a W2 and W3 is very much defined.
If you want to see what the government deems "reportable" just look at 26usc 3121(a) "wages" (box 3 on the W2....which is also 42usc 409 "wages"....aka Social Security) where the process of what is and what is not reportable "wages" starts.......for the "employment" workers anyway.
If you research the subject of taxes you will eventually find that certain earnings are not reportable and do not make their way on the W2 or W3. Some do find their way on the W2.
The key here is to understand what legislation is causing what earnings to be "reportable".
100% of what earnings covered under Social Security (W4 agreement) find their way on the W2 and W3.....now Social Security also excludes certain earnings from being covered under Social Security.... and those excluded earnings are not found in the governments "income" database.
What I found is when you are earning credits towards Social Security those earnings are reportable...when you don't participate in social Security your earnings do not constitute as "wages" and are not reportable.
This is how I stopped the W4 with my employer.
No W4 means no W2 or W3 are generated. The IRS has nothing to assess you a tax with.
