Putin loves spending Euros as much as he does Dollars, so it really makes no difference to him.

How some global fiat currency conglomerate made it this far without an army in this world must be kind of mind numbing for those heavily indebted to it. Yeah I'll bet the U.K. wants no part of it... fer sure.
