Recently released body cam footage from June 2014 shows two Dallas police officers fatally shooting the mentally ill Jason Harrison seconds after arriving on scene. Shirley Harrison, Jason's mother, walks past Officers Andrew Hutchins and John Rogers telling them her son is “biopolar, schizo,” when Jason exits the home with a screwdriver. Seconds after telling him to drop it, the officers open fire.

Poor guy was probably doing some home repairs.
I like how cops are trained to not step back to defuse a situation. Pure aggression is the answer to every situation.

He definitely did not engage the Dicks, just at his door doing nothing. Whoop! Dindu, shoot and kill for the win!

Recently released body cam footage from June 2014 shows two mentally ill Dallas police officers fatally shooting Jason Harrison seconds after arriving at his home. Jason was calm and had just been doing some home repairs tightening loose door hinge screws, etc., when him and his mama were heading out to Popeye's to git some fried chicken. Shirley Harrison, Jason's mother, walks past mentally ill Officers Andrew Hutchins and John Rogers telling Jason "police are biopolar, schizo,” when Jason exits the home only thinking how hongry he is and whether to git some extra bisquits and beans n' rice with his fried chicken.
Seconds after telling jason to drop his 3" home owner repair tool, before the hongry Jason has time to react, the mentally ill officers open fire on him with intent to kill.
Andrew Hutchins and John Rogers, thinking about their hard days work and the Popeye's chicken Jason and his mom were on their way to get, made them hungry too. A quick stop for a Popeye's family pack, they head home to have dinner with their families. The citizens of Dallas are once safe again!

Listen to how frightened the 'officers' are as they keep telling the dying man to drop the screwdriver. The guy is shot and bleeding and unable to move and they are still panicking over the dangerous screwdriver. Lions and tigers and bears, Oh My!

Yeah- that caught my attention too. I was a bit surprised they didn't yell "stop resisting". Notice the first aid they applied? Hand cuffs. Can't have a dead body getting out of control.

Most gangs, MS13, Crips, Bloods, etc., as an initiation, must get their first kill to show their loyalty to tha gang.
I think a couple cops got their wings, or cherries popped that day. Initiation complete. Officially in the gang!

Officer safety is PARAMOUNT! Don't you guys get that?? Jeez...

They're highly trained, qualified professionals who were merely administering treatment for this poor soul's mental illness.
