How do you hold an actor (aka politician) or other office holder to his word? First, find the original of his oath and bond. Second, flip it over and see whether he endorsed the back side (the private side) of his oath and bond. Either he did or he didn't. If he didn't he isn't holding himself to be responsible. If he did then he properly executed the document in such a way that he is responsible. In either event, whether he endorsed the private (reverse) side or not, you can give yourself a great deal of standing should you endorse the private side yourself. The last one endorsing would seem to be the one with the more recent responsibility and by doing so you transform yourself from a plane of NON-RESPONSIBILITY to one of RESPONSIBILITY and gain immediate standing.
You will have a deuce of a time finding any originals of an oath and bond that a clerk is willing to hand to you so that you might perform the above act. It is almost like they KNOW what your remedy is and are doing their durndest to keep you from any action that results in a remedy.
Just a thought. Do your own research and act according to your own beliefs and not mine.
