I read without white education they cant complete sentences with meaning. I don't have the link but it was something like this: Say a cat ran up a tree... Negro says "cat went up" up where? "went up" what cat? "cat went up" Where did it go? "cat went up".

With personal experience I can attest to the lack of brain wiring to process thoughts. I don't know why but it could be many reasons, fluoride, education systems, food regimen, any number of other anchors. The look into africa throws me, they are poor, have no access to material or education. Yet in other poor countries with lack of money and materials do just fine. Cuba, Philippines, and many others keep moving on no problem, work with what they have with great success also.

In a way.. in the USi Need a license to open a factory, need license to manufacture anything. need license for aviation, need license to operate, need license to conduct business, city, county, state and federal level. I believe that was part of the transition of city life. Country folks moving to the city threw their poop pots out the windows, into the streets. Proper sewer systems were the answer. However, sewers in cities are thousands of years old.
