The day is starting off on a very bizarre footing after not only Ben Bernanke became a blogger and joined Twitter, but moments ago at least one American appears to have had enough with the Big Brother state, and moments ago WNEW reported that there has been a shooting, two injured and according to local reports, one fatality, when someone decided to ram the gate of the NSA's Fort Meade, Maryland headquarters.

It could easily be one of Obummers fan boys who isn't happy that the NSA is spying on everyone. These past mass shooters have turned out to be liberal supporters. So your line of reasoning is a little off base given historical data.

One person was killed in a gunfight that erupted outside National Security Agency headquarters at Fort Meade, Md., Monday after a car carrying two men dressed as women tried to crash through a checkpoint at the base, officials say.
A senior U.S. official told the Associated Press (http://bigstory.ap.org/article/92504c8797ca4e95812f571665c66016/2-being-treated-injuries-gate-fort-meade) that one of the men in the car was killed when a security guard at the base exchanged gunfire with the men. ABC News reported (https://gma.yahoo.com/2-injured-outside-nsa-headquarters-fort-meade-150520232--abc-news-topstories.html) that the other was "severely injured" and "probably won't survive." According to WTOP.com (http://wtop.com/ann-arundel-county/2015/03/heavy-police-presence-fort-meade/), two people were transported to a Baltimore trauma center.
The identities of the men involved in the shooting were not immediately released.
Aerial images from news helicopters on the scene appear to show two damaged SUVs outside the gate and a white sheet covering a body next to one of them. The footage also showed emergency workers treating a man in a uniform and loading him into an ambulance.
The FBI is investigating the shooting.
"The shooting scene is contained and we do not believe it is related to terrorism," FBI Baltimore said in a statement.
A U.S. official told NBC News (http://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/Large-Police-Presence-Outside-Fort-Meade-297995991.html) that the incident appears to be a "local criminal matter."
According to its website (http://www.ftmeade.army.mil/pages/about/about2.html), Fort Meade, a U.S. Army installation, is home to approximately 11,000 military personnel along with about 29,000 civilian employees.
Earlier this month, a man was arrested in connection with five shootings that occurred over several weeks in the Washington-Baltimore area, including one near the National Security Agency at Fort Meade. One NSA building was damaged in the alleged shooting spree.
