What this mom did to her baby in a fast food bathroom is d After a 20-month-old baby boy was found foaming at the mouth in the bathroom of a Midtown burger restaurant in New York City, his mother was arrested. She blames what she allegedly did on the devil.

Thirty-five-year-old Latisha Fisher, mother to young Gavriel Ortiz-Fisher, took her son into the 5 Boro Burger bathroom (http://nypost.com/2015/03/30/baby-found-foaming-at-the-mouth-on-mothers-lap-in-restaurant-bathroom/) at around 2:25 p.m. on Monday, according to police. After Fisher had been inside the bathroom for an "unusual amount of time," and as lines to the bathroom grew longer, an employee went in to check and was horrified by what they found.
Fisher was caught holding her hand over her son's mouth. Foam was coming out of the toddler's nose and mouth. Fisher said, "I put my hand over his mouth to put him to sleep." Fisher also spoke of "hearing the devil's voice."

Fisher even tried to push employees away as they attempted to perform CPR on the lifeless toddler. Under normal circumstances, any mother would be distraught. One law enforcement official described Fisher to the New York Daily News (http://m.nydailynews.com/new-york/nyc-crime/mom-apparently-kills-son-2-midtown-restaurant-police-article-1.2167535?utm_content=buffer6e343&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=NYDailyNewsTw) as, "Soulless. She put her hand over his mouth and smothered him."
Police authorities added, "She is a lunatic. She is crazy."
Employees intervened in an attempt to save the boy before paramedics arrived, but it was too late. Gavriel was pronounced dead shortly after at Bellevue Hospital. His mother was arrested on the scene and taken into police custody.
According to reports from The Daily Mail (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3018769/Police-arrest-35-year-old-woman-locked-Manhattan-restaurant-bathroom-kill-2-year-old-son.html), Fisher's shaky home life had taken a turn for the worse. Fisher's neighbors recounted that she and her boyfriend Luis Ortiz, Gavriel's father, had been fighting for several months. One neighbor called Fisher "violent" and said that marijuana smoke could often be smelled coming from her unit in the Lower East Side housing project where she lived. Another neighbor recalled that an older preteen son was taken away from Fisher after an incident where she stabbed a family member.
If all of these reports are true, poor Gavriel had little chance of having a normal childhood. There is nothing "normal" about harming your child without a conscience. Instead, we see a mother struggling with mental health issues (http://www.sheknows.com/parenting/articles/1056299/mother-arrested-for-throwing-6-year-old-son-with-autism-into-yaquina-bay) without support. In a heartbreaking turn of events, this world lost another happy and innocent child because his mother didn't get the help she so desperately needed in time.

I see where this is going. I wonder if this story is even true.

Hmm... looks like regular NY police right?

Pure propaganda...

After only 5 sessions with our own Dr Goldissimo, she would go and dine at a finer establishment! Where the waiters would be more discreet.

She dindu nuffins... "It was the Devil"

A “soulless” mother shockingly killed her 20-month-old son in the bathroom of a Midtown burger joint Monday — and prevented restaurant workers from rescuing the doomed boy, police and witnesses said.
Then she “blamed the devil,” a police source said.

Jooz Mourn Loss... gotta get them sprogs born for their proper place in society ...

PITTSBURGH — Amanda Ralph is the kind of woman whose babies are prone to die. She is young and poor and dropped out of school after the ninth grade.
But there is also an undeniable link between Ms. Ralph’s race — she is black — and whether her baby will survive: nationally, black babies are more than twice as likely as white babies to die before the age of 1.
Here in Pittsburgh, the rate is five times.
So, seven months into her first pregnancy (http://topics.nytimes.com/top/news/health/diseasesconditionsandhealthtopics/pregnancy/index.html?inline=nyt-classifier), Ms. Ralph, 20, is lying on a couch at home as a nurse from a federally financed program listens to the heartbeat of her fetus.
The unusual attention Ms. Ralph is receiving is one of myriad efforts being made nationwide to reduce the tens of thousands of deaths each year of infants before age 1.
