And probably get some new incentive for creating business in a district or zone as well.

Get incentive to open store
So pay insufficient living wage
Get employees on food stamps and other benefits
Close store and sack all employees
Get incentive to open store
Open new store

Plumbing repairs...

KHOU 11 News has confirmed, along with the Walmart in Livingston, Texas, four other Walmarts across the country also closed on Monday for plumbing repairs.
The stores are located in Brandon, FL, Midland, TX, Tulsa, OK, and at an undisclosed location in California.

People aren't laid off though, they can go work at other WalMarts if there's an opening... lol

You can if you're Walmart, apparently. Being a mostly independent political entity, they can make many of their own rules.

Could they be waiting for the danger that is coming down the road to pass?......if I expect rain, or KNOW that is going to rain, I would close my windows.

Remember that Homeland has a big office at walmart headquarters......
