Video footage sent to Infowars by a listener in Staunton, Virginia shows armed National Guard troops carrying out maneuvers near a public playground yesterday morning.

“This was a Sunday morning exercise. They appeared to be heading to carry out PT (physical training) at some other location,” the man who shot the video tells us. “This was in a city park and people were walking, jogging, and enjoying the playground with their children.”

“What struck me were the M1As or M16s they were carrying (whether real or plastic) I could not tell the difference. I drove up as close as possible to them as they turned to my left onto the sidewalk,” he adds.

One of the soldiers confirms that they are part of the 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, which is currently assigned to the Virginia Army National Guard and is based out of the Thomas Howie Memorial Armory in Staunton, Virginia. The troops were filmed at Gypsy Hill Park, which is situated next to the Armory.

The Guard troops behave in a friendly manner and are willing to engage in casual conversation, but some have expressed concerns about armed personnel conducting maneuvers in public, suggesting that such activity should be done on base.

Others insist that the activity is perfectly routine and nothing to be worried about.

Last week, we featured a video out of Ontario, California which showed National Guard troops marching down a residential street while chanting military cadence and performing traffic control drills. Some locals claimed that such public drills were not commonplace.

The catastrophic economic conditions are eating through the final firewalls of protection. The collapse has already happened, the manifestation of this collapse could occur at any time. Isn’t it now painfully clear why your banking officials and UK banking officials practiced for a banking disaster on November 10, 2014?

On May 14, 2015, at approximately 6:00pm, my four dogs began barking in a loud and angry fashion. I stepped onto my front porch and saw two men about to enter my property through my yard gate. I ordered them to stop and asked who they were? They replied that they were from the electric company and they needed to talk to me because my contract was about to expire. My contract with TXU expires on May 1, 2016. I asked what electric company and they said something that sounded like “real” electric company. I ordered them to leave immediately and after some hesitation, they began walking down my 50 yard long driveway.
Here are the incident facts:
2 men in their mid to late 20’s that were in excellent shape.
They did not drive a vehicle down my driveway, they walked.
They were wearing navy blue shorts, a white pullover shirt with blue stripes and some sort of navy blue patch.
It was at 6:00pm.
One man was African American the other Mexican or Middle Eastern.
They carried no paperwork or briefcase. They had nothing.
I live near Big Spring Texas and I know that the NSA is aware of my disgust with this president and government. My phone calls have been interrupted on several occasions by the NSA.
After they started walking away I went in and got my camera but when I went to my driveway they were gone.
I called my power company and they said they would never send anybody out unless it was prearranged.
When I ordered them to leave, the Mexican pointed his finger at me and mumbled something.
So, you have two men in their 20’s in excellent shape arriving on foot to my property at 6:00pm to “discuss” my electric contract, wearing a clown like uniform, not driving a company vehicle, no tools, paper or briefcase, and disappearing almost immediately.
I grew up on Air Force bases until age 19. I spent 21 years working for the US Department of Justice, I saw Jade Helm agents all over them. It was so obvious that a blind man wouldn’t miss it. They were part of the undercover section of this martial law take over.
My assessment is that they came to determine what they would need to take me down. It became obvious to them that I will not go quietly or at all. I have let some people know that if I disappear or die in an accident, the government is responsible.

I live in the Big Springs, Texas area and these kinds of sightings are common place. I might be old (68 yo), but I know how to shoot about every gun that has ever been made. I went outside with a shotgun and confronted these Jade Helmers. They were dressed the same in white t-shirt and blue shorts. The reminded me of circus clowns. I asked them what they were doing and they said they were from my power company and they looking for a gas leak. In the coming decades, failed states and ungoverned areas will become sanctuaries for extremist, criminal, and terrorist organizations to flourish. Vacuums emerging from the weakened nation‐state model of 19th and 20th centuries will not elicit new forms of government, but only a proliferation of preexisting forms. The significant difference will be thegreater ability of nonstate actors to defend themselves, and to influence or attack other populations, due to the diffusion of weapons and communications technologies down to subnation groups…


Urban terrain? I thought they were training for war in the Middle East? What is a subnation group? Texas, Utah and part of Southern California are subnation groups that have deemed to be hostile states by Jade Helm documents. Jade Helm is preparing to occupy these “nonstate actors”.
On the surface, the Posse Comitatus Act (18 USC 1385) act should prevent the Army from deploying the troops in the midst of a protest that is not on the scale of something like the 1992 LA Riots. However, the Army claims exemption from Posse Comitatus in the following area.



10 USC 331. When a state is unable to control domestic violence and they have requested federal assistance, the use of the militia or Armed Forces is authorized.


Perhaps this is why the original Jade Helm maps depicted states like Texas, to be hostile states.

Address any core grievances? My mind immediately harkens back to Kent State, in 1970, when four college students frustrated by the illegal Vietnam War were gunned down for expressing “core grievances”.
This is not hyperbole! In an Army manual, known as ATP 3-39.33 (https://publicintelligence.net/usarmy-civil-disturbances/), is the field manual that provides discussion and techniques about civil disturbances and crowd control operations that occur in the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). This document, ATP 3-39.33 published the same week as the ARSOF document, on August 15, 2014, promises to change the way the “military authorities” deal with protesters, even peaceful ones through the use of well-placed snipers who will have orders to take out the leaders of any protest movement. The consequences of ATP 3-39.33 could prove deadly for protesters. Further, the provisions of this Army manual is the end of the First Amendment right to peaceably assemble. The Army is telling you how they are going to deal with protests. Protesting, in America, is now a crime punishable by death. Therefore, when Jade Helm is in your neighborhood, unless you willing to fight, it would be best to stay inside!
ARSOF 5-3. Sustaining Surgical Strike
…operations against critical mission command nodes and infrastructure to weaken the enemy’s grip on the population…
How does Special Forces weaken the grip that dissidents have on the local population? Death squads is the way that many governments deal with “weakening the grip on the population”. This is clearly fancy language used to justify the extraction, either through kidnapping or targeted assassination, of political dissidents from inside the Jade Helm identified “hostile state” areas.

ARSOF 1. Future surgical strike units must be trained continually on the ever‐improving technologies and techniques that support the F3EAD targeting methodology. ARSOF training is needed to improve the speed of lethal or nonlethal effects, including advancing intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance and analysis capabilities to find and fix the target, sustaining a superb force for finishing the target, improving site exploitation techniques and procedures, and improving the timeliness of analysis and dissemination of exploited information.


This begs the question, what is meant by the term “exploited information”? This is a term normally reserved for the practice of extracting information through torture (i.e. extreme exploitation).
