Oh that is cool! Lots of traffic, but no rules and no accidents. I love it. And did you notice the brave cyclists and pedestrians?

I experienced this phenomenon, but in a much more limited scale, in Argentina.

The no-traffic-holdup is what convinces me. Let people make their own choices, and things will work out. This is a good example.
