Checked out the Glock 43, nice, but could be had for a better price elsewhere.
Picked up a couple 100rd boxes of CCI mini-mag's, $8.49 each. Nice to see them in stock again.

I assume you didn't try the trigger?

Yes I did, it felt fine and like all new glocks. No problem there.
Definately thinner and much lighter. I have to decide whether I want to trade one of my G26's for one.
I talked to a guy also looking and he told me the Gun store I usually go to had them for $499, compared to Cabela's price of $549

I hate the Gen 4 Triggers. I use a Gen 3 Trigger in my Gen 4 Glock.

I'm still wondering if the Glock 42 might be better though. Yeah 9mm is a better caliber, but with the 42 its much easier to control the gun and still smaller. On top of that a lot of people will sell their Glock 42s now that the Glock 43 is around, making the price drop like a rock.

I'd take a 42 for the right price. Either of these guns are pretty much carry pieces...not something I'd take out for a day of shooting. I don't think either would be a pleasure to run a couple hundred rounds through at a time.
The G26 however, shoots like a full size firearm and can be used for target practice, with many many rounds fired.
