The Paperwork that Started the Lawsuit I had hoped and intended to wait until I had more time to provide an in-depth explanation of the paperwork, but a lot of people keep asking to see it right now. So I will give the People what they want, and post it below. For those wanting to understand what it all means, I still intend to provide those explanations to facilitate comprehension. An Address to My Fellow Americans Re: Legal Filing entitled “Notice to F*ck This Court and Everything that It Stands For” Friday, April 24, 2015
Greetings to You All: My name is Tamah Jada Clark. In very recent times, a legal Notice that I authored, directed to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, has gone public. While most people probably assume that I released the document, as I certainly had plans to release it along with several other related documents, I did not. I am not sure who did, but that is of a trivial nature, as I am now only focused upon my gratitude for it having been released. I have been receiving an outpour of messages via various social media networks, in addition to e-mails and phone calls. Though, as with all things in life, there are those who regard the Notice as a display of “disrespect for authority” and thus view it negatively; there are many more who view it as it is: a stance for Justice. Yes, I am aware that my language was strong, to say the least; however, I am very passionate about the subject matter and have grown fed up with the persistent injustice that is rapidly effectuating a societal paradigm increasingly reminiscent of dictatorial fascism. Is there even one adult amongst us who can honestly say they have never experienced or witnessed any form of outright injustice? Is there one who can say they whole-heartedly trust in The System and like the way things have been going or where things are headed? Contrary to the idiosyncrasies of those who would bemoan my actions and pre-judicially attempt to categorize me in a manner that quarantines the heart of my message, I really am not such a horrible person. Furthermore, I am not an anarchist, “sovereign citizen”, or other misfit denomination. What I am is this: a concerned American. I am concerned about the fact that “justice” can be bought, leaving the less-monetarily-endowed to fend for themselves. I am concerned about the fact that the majority of political campaign contributions come from “Big Business” that want politicians to vote and operate in favor of their interests, which are oftentimes contrary to the best interest of the People. I am concerned about the fact that our loved ones are consistently putting their precious lives in danger to support “foreign political interests” that maybe do not even really concern us; meanwhile we have failed to address some of the most basic needs of our own society, though we recklessly spend to involve ourselves in that of others’. And I am concerned that perhaps We, as a People, have somewhat neglected our civic responsibility to stay abreast of and involved in the oversight of every level of government, for it is the foremost enabling factor amidst all of the turmoil of which we have grown discontent. The “Notice”, while very potent and seemingly conclusory, only represents about 1% of the totality of the actual court proceedings theretofore. And it was the only court document in which profanity was used. It was my last filing in that particular action that came about after having been blatantly treated unfairly throughout the entirety of the proceedings. The presiding judge, Senior Judge Willis B. Hunt, Jr., had allotted unprecedented freedom to the Defendants for them to consistently attack me from all angles, but refused to allow me to protect or defend myself from their unfounded attacks. There are more than 100 additional pages of my defenses and rebuttals to the Defendants, which form part of the very same proceeding that have neither been made available to the public, nor recorded as an official component of the proceedings. This means it is as though it never happened, when it most certainly did. I have copies of ALL of the paperwork that I filed in court with certified mail receipts proving when they were sent. Nevertheless, the large majority of these documents do not appear in the court records. Needless to say, the unfairness and injustice that the court was instituting against me incited a very strong response on my part. Am I perfect? No. But, am I sincere? Yes. Very much so. How much longer will judges be allowed to “play God” in American courtrooms that are allegedly supposed to be operated in accordance with the principles of fairness, honesty, and justice? It greatly perturbs me that upon entering a courtroom, whether physically or by way of filing of documents, Americans and what are supposed to be unalienable human rights are subjected to the absolute will of the reigning magistrate, e.g. the judge. It is as though all rights and freedoms instantaneously dissipate. If America is supposed to be the land of the free, with liberty and justice for all, then how and why is it that these concepts seem to become annulled upon entrance into a courtroom? What has happened to legal and social justice in America? These and many other similar questions are what initially led me on an intense research-based journey into the history of this country, with special consideration given to the legal and political facts of history that have helped shape our current predicaments; I really wanted to get to the root of the problem. What was uncovered is truly unbelievable and almost impossible to grasp, as it substantially varies from everything that we have been told. This very discovery is what, in light of the judge’s ruling being inconsistent with the same, ignited my outrage. I was in utter disbelief that, although documented and substantiated proof was provided to the court, it refused to allow said proof to remain in the court. Thus, all of my hard work and everything it revealed was erased. At that point, it was apparent to me that the presiding judge was well aware of the truth of the law-based source of the problems plaguing this great country, but had no intent for the matter to be either addressed or resolved. I was flabbergasted and indescribably appalled. And so, in an unanticipated fit of rage, I confronted the judge and his court for the TREACHERY that The System is purposely, knowingly, intentionally, and unremorsefully hoisting upon us all, with the blessing, support, and protection of the courts; whilst the average American goes about his/her everyday life distracted by the toils and troubles of trying to make ends meet–just to be able to survive. And so….please try to understand, America. I am concerned about You. Who I am is irrelevant. This situation is not about me. This situation is about You.
