that was awesome. He is 100% correct. Manly P Hall had some interesting things to say about AP. He said you needed to prepare your battlements here in the physical so that no other being could get your vassal/body while you were projecting. Circle-ments around you and so on. He also said that you had to follow the arcs when you are in that realm otherwise they could catch you and capture you. If you traveled in straight lines they would grab you. I know nothing of the techniques, what it is like, from any thing deliberate I have done.
I have had direct experiences in life with energies trying to reach in to this realm from that. That's what I concluded was going on. I developed techniques to block that but I think it's also self limiting if all you know how to do is block. You have to shut down a lot of receptivity -block everything basically.
I have since taken this to mean that you need to follow the curves or flows or arcs of the universe, which I think are illustrated by these sacred geometry shapes. I believe that is one link to the sacred geometry.
I've also have had 2 for sure and maybe 3 experiences of the showers analogy he gave. I'd say it was not a water but light shower. Like being in a beam of light. Both occasions I've had significant loads lifted from my shoulders. They were quite amazing experiences but more work is needed I think.
The term arc as used by Manly P Hall could then also be a reference to the biblical arc, both the arc vessel of the covenant and the arc vessel of humanity during the great flood or falling of the waters above.

That's real interesting Glass.
I'm just wondering how deep this rabbit hole goes. Been doing a lot of reading, online and books, about this subject. Here's a very good article I found that I can relate to. Everything suggests that I've been astral projecting. What I'm not sure I believe yet, based upon my experiences, is that you can be harmed while doing this.

This in depth experiment basically proves out of body experiences are real.
To sum it up, a young woman is monitored while sleeping, watched and with equipment. After she fell asleep, the researcher put a series of random numbers written down on a shelf 5 feet higher than the bed, out of view. The idea being that she would "leave the body" float above the shelf and read them.
She did it, on night 4 of the experiment.
Long read, but fascinating, imo.

I'm going to try my own little experiment. I've taken 5 sheets of paper and wrote a different name on each one. I shuffled them up, and put one at the top of the bookshelf near my bed. This bookshelf is taller than I am, so I can't see the top of it. So, there's a name up there written in big letters.
If I have another one of those flying dreams, I'm going to read that name and see if I'm correct.

Well yeah that would be better, but it doesn't really matter does it? There's one name out of 5 up there for me to read. I don't know which name that is. If I have another experience like the last one. I'll just read that name. That's enough of a test to prove it to myself anyway..

I did not watch the video in the original post, however I know what the bible says about this stuff and Christian perspective is or should be.
Look, "astral projection" or out of body experiences have been experienced by many many people, now living and now dead.
We live in a SPRIRITUAL dimension. There are many verses in the bible that attest to that fact. The spiritual dimension can be good or bad. I do not think we are advised by Our Lord to ever specifically seek another spiritual dimension. We certainly are warned throughout the bible not to seek other spiritual planes for ourselves through various forms of occultism. Meditation may be good and God may lead us to other spiritual realms and my reveal to us specific spiritual insights for the prospering of our soul. Transcendental yogi type medication techniques are NOT of God and they may lead you to spiritual experiences but those experiences my be of the bad kind, that is, of the kind that get you to believe in Satan or the demonic.
Many of the saints experienced "bilocation" and "astral projection" and other "spiritual" manifestations of various kinds. The devil can lead you to experiences that look exactly like the same things that the Christian saints demonstrated.
Of interest is that NONE of these examples of being able to float in the air, levitate, or read people's minds (telepathy) or bilocation (being in one place physically but in another place spiritually at the same time), etc... COUNT as the (two) documented miracles that are used to help the Church formally canonize a saint. If you read the lives of the saints, especially of those saints classified as "mystics" such as St. John of the Cross and St. John Vianni and St. Theresa of Avila, you will see that these saints themselves never ever even mentioned the strange phenomena that others noticed happening to them and around them. They were so focused on loving God and being with Him, that none of these outward manifestations meant anything at all to them. They wanted only to be an instrument of His will and to do spiritual practices that brought them closer to their God and would also, of course, protect them from the snares of the Evil One.
John 14:2
In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
“put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (Ephesians 6:11-12).
Stay away from occultic practices, sorcery, wrong kind of meditation techniques if you care about your soul and its eternal destination.

Hey Dachsie, thanks so much for this post. It's given me a lot to think about, and thanks for taking this thread seriously.
Your quote above hits home because this is what a neighbor has told me. He said, when it happens again, you need to "roll out of the body". He also said, if you come across anything you don't like, say Our Fathers (prayer). He is very spiritual and believes we leave and enter another spiritual dimension. He said saying that prayer, is like pulling the trump card.
Well, his advise worked. From a scientific viewpoint, the explanation of what these weird dreams are, is that the body is falling asleep, but the mind is still awake. So, you basically go from fully conscious awake, to dream state, instantly. When you realize what is happening, you know you are sleeping, but your mind is as sharp and you can make decisions just like you are when you are actively awake. I know that sounds weird.
I'll be turning 42 in a couple of weeks. I've never been a dreamer, if I do have a dream, I forget it by the end of the day. But, this is different. This is just like any real life experience and is remembered as vivid as when it happened. Also, when I don't understand something, I research the heck out of it, online and by books. No TV, and I rarely watch any movies anymore.
Over the past 6 months, this has been happening about once a month.

I will pray for you.
All of us are under attack.
I believe God provides deliverance and protection to us if we call on His Name.
As a Christian, I believe in times of extreme attack of various kinds on me and my life and my circumstances I can call on Jesus Christ and as some say "plead the Blood." Such as saying a short prayer over and and over again inside, not necessarily audibly "Blood of Jesus, help me." This provides REAL protection immediately. Your mind becomes focused on God and He will fill you with peace and real joy.
If you are under serious darkside attack, i believe you have to say a short prayer that includes the name of Jesus. Just make up a simple short prayer of your own.
We are all on a spiritual journey and we must draw near to God and pray for His help and guidance. The times we live in are dire. It is so unbelievable the things that are happening in our world. All around us dark forces that are calling evil good.
We must take a strong aggressive spiritual stance and with and only with God's help, He will help us through.
Saint Paul said
"Wherefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong."
2 Corinthians 12:10
God bless you in the Name of the One Who is Truth.

I know I sound crazy, but a couple of things I've learned and am very grateful for. There is nothing to fear. The second thing, is that we are much more than our physical bodies. There is life after death, there is so much we don't understand, but we will, and our belief in that God is with us on our journey is what gives us peace.

Well, I had another out of body dream last night. A couple of things I've learned, the advise given to me by my neighbor, and what I've read online, and books, Robert Monroe, really works. You start these dreams, by "rolling out of the body" as they say.
I went to bed a little after 3 am last night. As I'm lying there trying to sleep, I feel the covers move at my feet. I then feel what's like hands grabbing my ankles. I then try to roll out of the body. Instead, I roll out of bed, like I never fell asleep. A few minutes later, I lie down to try to sleep again. My whole body suddenly starts vibrating. I try to roll out of the body again, and it was hard, but I did it.
I go through the roof of the RV, and I'm outside, and it's nighttime, where I'm at. I move around a bit, I see a few people, but nobody seems very interesting to talk to, almost like they don't want to be bothered. I think this is boring. I try to make changes, like you can in lucid dreams, but I can't. I try to see if I can make a beautiful woman show up, nope. I try to move some clouds, nope. So, these dreams are very different from lucid dreams, where you can change things, like your alarm clock.
At this point, I decided to see how fast I can go. Everything comes a blur, I'm hauling ass. I ended up somewhere very far away, basically completely lost. I then wake up from the dream.

One question, when yur out of body, wouldn't your vessel remain vacant for others to inhibit?
Move your meat, lose your seat so to speak.

Depends upon what you believe. I've read people see a cord, so you actually remain connected to your body. For me, I thinking it's got to be a dream. As real as it seems.
Here's what I've basically learned. For some reason, I go from fully awake to sleep/dream state, instantly. When that happens, my mind is still actively awake, if that makes sense. My body is sleeping, but my mind is not. I know when this is happening now, so it's not big deal. It always starts when I'm lying in bed, and the covers start to move. Then a bunch of weird shit happens, weird realistic dreams. Lucid dreams, where you can change things, etc.
I avoid these dreams by rolling out of the body. I know it sounds weird, but it seems to be working for me.

I've had what I belive to be an AP several years ago. I was in a small southern Sierra foothill town for a mountain bike race. There was also a street fair that weekend, and being in the Sierra foothills, the people watching was epic.
I went to bed early in anticipation of the early morning start time. After I had fallen asleep, I awoke and peeled myself from my body. I looked down at my sleeping body then walked through the front door. It was light out. Around mid morning. I floated over the wrought iron railing of my second story room and out over the street fair crowd I was floating about twenty feet over them. I was laughing at the people show, wishing my recently deceased dad was there to share the spectacle. He loved that shit. I continued to float up the street. I then looked over at the attic window of a Craftsman style home and saw my dad laughing at me, as if I was one of the people in the crowd. That was the last thing I remember before waking up. After the race, I rode up the street and found the exact house, and the only one that looked like the one I saw while asleep.

So what name was on the shelf Pete?
I don't know. I wasn't at home on the boat when this happened, but in the RV. If I can read that name, as crazy as it sounds, it would prove a lot to me. Going through the roof on the boat I was very happy to see there was no delamination there, that's what I thought, because I always wondered that. I can thank Robert Monroe for that one, going through walls, roofs, etc.
There's a lot of areas on the boat I can't access, and if I could stick my head in these areas and look for problems, it would be very productive. I have to remind myself to do a boat inspection. Hmm, I wonder if you can go underwater.
