I'll try to spell it out.

Blacks in America generally are the most intelligent, wealthiest, and have the highest standard of living in America.

Some reasons:



Black slaves that were caught were usually the peak of their race since slave traders wanted high quality stalk, especially for the "House Niggers".
Freed slaves sometimes bred outside their race, pushing their Bell Curve for intelligence forward. A lot of Black Americans have some non-Black ancestors.
Most of the Black immigrants from Africa are typically doctors and other educated professionals who are at peak of their race.
Whites did everything they could to uplift them.
Blacks actually did struggle under Jim Crow so they were pushed to be the best they could be to survive.
Segregation kept intelligent hard working Blacks in the community. Now with desegregation the best Blacks leave the Black community for White communities, which is what is causing a large brain drain.


Despite all of that you need to look to places like Africa to see what they really are like without much White involvement.

Black populations in Africa are actually poorer and more overcrowded since of idiot White Christian groups who donate food and resources to these people to stretch the carrying capacity of Africa. Now Africa is totally overpopulated. If White people stopped giving resources to these Blacks they would reduce in population and go back to being peaceful/friendly Bushmen who get cursed by the occasional Coke bottle.

Oh yeah, and 45% of Jews in America owned slaves back in the 1800s I heard. Most of the slave ships/companies were also owned by Jews. White people were the ones who freed them, yet we get all the blame. Lincoln was planning on sending them all back to Africa but then he got wacked.

I was just watching ximmy's live feed and they had a black woman General in the Maryland NG (Sing I think). The Maryland NG has been activated and curfew in place. School is called off tomorrow. Anyway, during her brief talk, she made it a point to say this is not Martial Law. The Guv is talking and said that it took 30 seconds from the time that the mayor called and an executive order was issued to declare a state of emergency.

Though the media play up violence of protesters, it pales in comparison with police conduct

After Saturday’s full day of peaceful protests in Baltimore calling for justice for Freddie Gray — the 25-year-old who recently died (http://www.cnn.com/2015/04/19/us/baltimore-freddie-gray-death/) of a spinal injury suffered while in police custody — some protesters opted Saturday evening and Sunday to pursue more hands-on expressions of frustration. On Monday, the day of Gray’s memorial service, public tensions led to rioting in West Baltimore that continued into the evening.

The media also ran riot. As of Saturday night, the protests were said to have turned “violent (http://www.foxnews.com/us/2015/04/26/thousands-take-to-streets-in-baltimore-for-freddie-gray-rally/)” and “destructive (http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2015/04/25/baltimore-protests-freddie-gray/26354515/).” ABC News initially reported that protesters had simply “become rowdy” but quickly amended the headline to incorporate the V-word (http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/protesters-plan-shut-baltimore-questions-remain-30576419). Conservative news site Breitbart.com took full advantage of its lack of editorial constraints to proclaim (http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2015/04/25/war-zone-baltimore-erupts-into-violence-chaos-as-blacklivesmatter-riots-rage/), “War zone: Baltimore erupts into violence, chaos as #BlackLivesMatter riots rage.”

When crowds turned to rioting on Monday, CNN legal analyst and New Yorker contributor Jeffrey Toobin took the opportunity on Anderson Cooper 360 to denounce (https://twitter.com/AC360/status/592863792977018880) the city. “Protest is an honorable thing; looting and criminality are not,” he said. “Baltimore disgraced itself today.” For Toobin, it’s as if nothing disgraceful or criminal happened before Monday, as if the city’s long history of racist police violence (http://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2015/04/the-brutality-of-police-culture-in-baltimore/391158/) weren’t disgrace enough to be worth comment. On the receiving end (http://data.baltimoresun.com/news/police-settlements/) of that violence have been teenagers, pregnant women, and octogenarian grandmothers.

Finally, the media found, the protesters were behaving according to the script — the one that casts black communities in America as powder kegs that can be contained only by the cops. Never mind that chucking hot dog buns and condiments (http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/breaking/bal-protesters-rally-for-freddie-gray-hundreds-to-march-20150425-story.html#page=1) at police and smashing up police vehicles and store windows is inherently less destructive, at least in terms of human life, than fatally severing a person’s spinal cord (http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2015/04/20/baltimore-police-freddie-gray-arrested-without-force-or-incident-before-fatal-injury/) or shooting an unarmed man multiple times in the back (http://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/08/us/south-carolina-officer-is-charged-with-murder-in-black-mans-death.html?_r=0). The latter two operations were performed under the sanction of U.S. law enforcement, whose behavior, no matter how outrageous, is still defended from public outrage by media and politicians alike.

And the state-sponsored lexicon invites plenty of irony. When Baltimore’s police union last week used the term “lynch mob” (http://www.buzzfeed.com/tomnamako/police-union-president-compares-baltimore-protests-to-a-lync#.gew756rdyW) to describe what it acknowledged were peaceful protests on behalf of Gray, Drexel University professor George Ciccariello-Maher (https://twitter.com/ciccmaher/status/591029033313443840) urged on Twitter to “let that sink in for a second.”

The Gray family’s lawyer has described (http://www.nydailynews.com/news/crime/lawyer-defends-baltimore-police-freddie-gray-arrest-article-1.2195234) the motive for Gray’s arrest on April 12 as “running while black.” According to reports (http://abcnews.go.com/US/freddie-grey-death-baltimore-van-ride-center-mystery/story?id=30526215), he ran from police unprovoked and was arrested and placed in a police van. Somewhere along the way, his spine was compromised, and he ended up in a coma, dying a week later. A pocketknife of legal size was found on his person.

Although running from police hardly constitutes probable cause, the Supreme Court has ruled (http://digitalcommons.wcl.american.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1036&context=aulr) that such an act can nonetheless merit detention by cops when it takes place in a “high-crime area” — a conveniently ambiguous denomination.

The media's hysteria over the rioting just serves to distract from the real crime: maintaining the status quo.


I attended one of the protests for Gray this Saturday, which began in the same “high-crime area” where he was apprehended, at the intersection of Presbury and North Mount streets in West Baltimore. It then made its way to the Western District police station and on to City Hall downtown. At the starting point, Gray’s acquaintances were invited to the microphone to pay their respects. Among the speakers was a former neighbor with health problems who recalled Gray’s consistent concern for his well-being. Just recently, he said, he told Gray that he would go far in life because he “respect[ed] people.”

Baltimore-born pastor the Rev. Graylan Hagler also spoke about law enforcement’s long tradition of dehumanizing blacks and cited ongoing advancements in the oppressive arts, thanks to training sessions in Israel (http://baltimorenonviolencecenter.blogspot.com/2014/08/israel-trained-police-occupy-missouri.html) for U.S. cops. Israel’s vast experience (http://www.ijan.org/category/projects-campaigns/israels-worldwide-role-in-repression/) in the curtailment of civil liberties and human rights means it’s an ideal accomplice in the increasing militarization of police (https://www.aclu.org/issues/criminal-law-reform/reforming-police-practices/police-militarization), one effect of which is that sections of the domestic population end up being seen as enemy combatants.

While much of the police’s racist violence is waged out of sight — such as when a mentally ill black female prison inmate was shocked to death with a Taser in February while shackled (http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/crime/fairfax-jail-inmate-who-died-was-fully-restrained-when-tasered-four-times/2015/04/11/ede0957c-decd-11e4-be40-566e2653afe5_story.html) — the landscape is sufficiently militarized to remind us we’re living in a war zone (albeit not of the variety envisioned by Breitbart.com). All day Saturday, police helicopters and drones circled overhead, giving the impression that “protesting while black” might also be some sort of punishable offense.

And on Monday, when tensions boiled over and young Baltimoreans repeatedly threw rocks at police tanks and cruisers, the scene was eerily reminiscent of the Occupied Territories, which should surprise no one who has followed U.S. police militarization in accordance with the Israel Defense Forces model.

A 61 year old white man was attacked at random by a large groups of black teenagers. He was horrifically beaten and nearly killed. The attack took place on Wednesday, April 22nd.


The attack occurred in the suburban community of Dundalk, which is only 11% black. However, the perpetrators live in Baltimore. They came from nearby Baltimore Community High School, which is an 89% black charter school.
Police have arrested a 17 year old black male and a 15 year old black female.


The media is completely censoring the attack. Every single Baltimore media outlet is censoring the race of the perpetrators. If the races had been reversed, this would be the biggest news story in the USA.



The victim witnessed two black females engaged in a fight and rolling against his truck. He went outside to try to stop them. He was them surrounded by black perpetrators and beaten almost to death.

John Lewis, who lives on 45th Street, said students should not be allowed to walk to the bus stops unsupervised.


“Students are basically left to their own devices,” he said.


Some suggested more police patrols at the school and having buses take students directly to the school would help.

I remember the LA riots too. A lot of police lessons were learned from those riots. They talked about it in academy, how the police didn't go initially and were soon overpowered. Same as with the Columbine school shooting in Colorado, lived about a mile away from that. The first cops didn't enter the school with an active shooter. I think I was around 9 during the L.A. riots. I came home and my older brother's bed had a lot of weapons laying on it. He wasn't home and my mom said she was worried, I didn't know why or what was happening. Later that night I heard some of the older guys were planning on going into L.A. to fight back. I don't think they did or I wasn't told what happened.

Start with the police. The instigating factor for Baltimore’s violence was the suspicious and serious injuries Freddie Gray sustained in police custody. He later died from those injuries.
Baltimore’s law enforcement certainly has much to answer for, not just in this case, but others as well. Chicago (http://chicagoreporter.com/chicago-police-misconduct-payouts-topped-50-million-in-2014/), for instance, paid $54.2 million in 2014 alone to settle police misconduct cases. (Chicago is about 4-1/2 times bigger than Baltimore, in terms of population.)
In 2011, Los Angeles (http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-watch/wp/2014/10/01/u-s-cities-pay-out-millions-to-settle-police-lawsuits/) paid out $54 million. New York City paid out $735 million, although that figure contains settlements from some other kinds of negligence claims.
Then there’s segregation. Baltimore officials for decades worked to contain blacks into certain areas while protecting others for white residents. Many houses in leafy North Baltimore were sold with covenants prohibiting resale to blacks (and Jews, in some cases). Today the city remains starkly separated, with whites living along the harbor and in a triangle along the central Jones Falls Expressway while African-Americans live in the inner city and swathes of East and West Baltimore.
Many other US cities are more segregated than Baltimore, however. Working with 2010 Census data, professors John Logan of Brown University and Brian Stults of Florida State developed a statistical method of measuring black-white housing segregation. Of the 50 US metro areas with the largest minority populations, Baltimore ranks 17th on their list of “most segregated US cities. Finally, Baltimore is undoubtedly a poor place. Its average per-capita income is $23,333 – a bit more than half the national figure. About a quarter of its population lives below the poverty line.
But many big US cities rank lower. Baltimore does not even make the Top 10 list of “percentage of population below the poverty level." Detroit has 42.3 percent of its people living in poverty. Perhaps those statistics all seem like cold comfort. “We’re not as segregated as Milwaukee!” isn’t a rousing slogan.
But every big city in the US has problems it needs to address. If the lesson of the past week is merely to bemoan the state of Baltimore, then perhaps the more important lesson has been missed, some say.
What Baltimore shares with Ferguson, Mo., a San Francisco Chronicle editorial notes, “are astounding rates of intergenerational poverty, a crushing lack of economic opportunity, and a long history of problems between low-income communities and law enforcement. There are cities all over the country with these exact problems.”
The spark of circumstance has brought America to Baltimore’s doorstep. But to stop there is to miss the opportunity to begin to come to terms with issues that need attention nationwide.

We all know a race/income based war is being provoked by a certain 3rd party, for reasons clear to observant individuals.

I'm thinking this is just another planted psy-op to achieve a well-documented end. It's just too over the top, even at this point in time. Also, the folks who cooked it up KNOW it will have the desired effect, regardless of whether it is uncovered for what I believe it is.

Although the issues that have set off the spark in most of these protests were entirely legitimate, government agencies, foundations, organizations, and NGOs immediately swooped in to divert the protests into racially charged fit throwing and often violent riots.

With a carefully orchestrated network that was capable of organizing large numbers of individuals on a moment’s notice, and a simultaneous media campaign that cleverly showed violence and riots but ignored peaceful or appropriately-directed violent acts, these organizations were able to turn what could and should have been a national movement into a racially-oriented hate-filled display of unrestrained destruction.

With this in mind, one might justifiably ask how these organizations might have such an effective network that operates in concert with a national corporate media apparatus in order to wreck legitimate movements and, out of those movements, create a counter-productive act of mindless fit-throwing?
The answer is the same as it has often been in Europe – the color revolution apparatus and George Soros.

On Ambassador Road, just off I-695 around the corner from the FBI, nearly 100 employees sit in a high-tech suite and wait for terrorists to attack Baltimore. They’ve waited 11 years. But they still have plenty of work to do, like using the intel community’s toys to target this week’s street protests.

They are the keepers of the Maryland Coordination and Analysis Center (http://www.mcac.maryland.gov/about_mcac/), a government “fusion center (http://www.dhs.gov/national-network-fusion-centers-fact-sheet)” set up to share information and coordinate counterterrorist activities between 29 law enforcement agencies—federal, state, and local, including Baltimore city and county cops—in the aftermath of the Sept. 11 attacks. Seeded by a state anti-terror advisory council whose meetings are closed to the public, nourished by Republican and Democratic governors alike, MCAC has expanded its access to spying tools over the past decade and a half. It can pinpoint cellphone users. It can monitor movements of state motorists through their license plates, as it has done with an estimated 85 million drivers.

It turns out that Maryland hasn’t been under sustained assault from international terrorists, despite the wild fears of the homeland security boosters who seek to justify the center’s budget. So rather than accept the possibility that MCAC and other fusion centers were guarding against an overhyped threat, the federal government has expanded the mission to include threats that have always existed: When your job is to find bad guys, it makes it easier to define everyone as a bad guy.

The MCAC has adopted what the Department of Homeland Security calls an “all-crimes approach (http://www.dhs.gov/sites/default/files/publications/2014%20Final%20Report_Glossary.pdf)”—one focused not just on monitoring gangs and other criminal threats, but all manners of civil unrest, from Occupy protesters to the Baltimore residents who have clashed with police on the city streets this week. And it is run by a cop who has been accused of racism in the past.

“Twelve emergency support functions have been activated” in Maryland to address the violence in Baltimore, authorities told WBAL earlier this week (http://www.wbaltv.com/news/hundreds-of-guardsmen-state-police-mobilized-in-baltimore/32618720), including “the Maryland Coordination and Analysis Center, which provides situational awareness and intelligence.” In fact, as protests over Freddie Gray’s death in police custody spread to other major cities across the country, MCAC and other fusion centers set up by DHS will be crucial to how local law enforcement agencies confront civil dissent.

BOOM: Baltimore Race Rioters Are Going to FREAK When They Hear This Judge’s Ruling

Many of Baltimore’s rioters probably thought that the forces of political correctness would put enough pressure on the city to give them a get out of jail free card.

After all, Freddie Gray‘s death has become a cause célèbre among the left, with one CNN reporter going as far to call the riots “uprisings.” Shouldn’t that make them political prisoners to liberals?

Well, judges in Baltimore’s criminal justice system didn’t buy that line of thinking, nor did the state’s new Republican governor. Both have acted together to make sure that those who terrorized the people of Baltimore don’t just get a slap on the wrist.

In the case of one rioter, a 19-year-old who is charged with eight counts including rioting, theft and disorderly conduct, bail was set at $500,000 dollars.

Yep. You read that right. Half a million dollars. They’re going to have to loot quite a few CVS stores to come up with that. The defendant didn’t have the money handy, so he was sent back to jail.

In addition, given the backlog in the state’s court system, Republican Gov. Larry Hogan suspended Maryland’s state habeas corpus law, which states that a defendant must be brought before a judge in 24 hours. Hogan says that detaining the 235 being held was “necessary to protect the public safety.” (H/T WZ)

According to The U.K. Guardian, first time offenders were being held on bail of $10,000 in cash, “unheard of” in Baltimore where most offenders use upfront deposits and bail bondsmen.

A lawyer for one of the defendants, Mirriam Seddiq, said, “The fact they have rescinded this rule, which was introduced specifically to protect citizens from being screwed over, is insane … But it’s business as usual for Baltimore.”

Actually, Ms. Seddiq, business as usual would have been letting them back out onto the street to continue the mayhem.

Let’s not confuse these men and women with either legitimate protesters or garden-variety arrestees. These are people who have helped terrorize their city for the better part of a week. Now that the violence is finally reduced to a simmer, you want them to be let out with little to no bail so they get it going again?

Bravo to the judges and bravo to the governor. They’re doing their part to keep the city of Baltimore safe

What’s Really Burning In Baltimore——-50 Years Of Liberal Welfare State Policies


Let’s examine some facts about good old Charm City, USA.

The fine citizens of this metropolis have not elected a Republican as mayor since 1963, before the War on Poverty began. That mayor’s 4 year term is the only interruption in Democrat rule since 1947. They have had Democrat control for 64 of the last 68 years, and sole control for the last 48 years straight.
Their mayor is black. Their previous mayor, Sheila Dixon, was black. She was convicted of embezzlement in 2010 and couldn’t finish her term. They had a white mayor (current Democratic Presidential hopeful Martin O’Malley) for eight years. The mayor before him was black.
Their City Council consists of 15 members. All fifteen are Democrats. The Council President is black. Democrats have had control of legislation in Baltimore for the last 50 years. Every program, policy, initiative, or school curriculum that exists in Baltimore was enacted by liberal Democrats.
The Police Commissioner is black. Approximately 50% of the police force is black.
The School Superintendent is black, along with the School Board. The district has an annual budget of $1.32 billion to teach 84,000 kids. The Baltimore school system ranks second among the nation’s 100 largest school districts in how much it spent per pupil at $15,700 per student. Only NYC spends more. Only two thirds of students graduate high school, despite this high level of spending.
The average SAT scores of Baltimore City public school students are: 379 in Reading; 376 in Math; 381 in Writing. These are the scores of the best of the best in Baltimore schools who actually think they should get into college. The average scores in the country, which still suck, are around 500. Students with these scores have about a 15% chance of graduating college. This is the ROI you get after spending $188,000 per student over their 12 year academic career.
The population of Baltimore is 623,000 and 63% are black. Median household income is $41,000, with 24% living below the poverty line. The home ownership rate is 48%. The percentage of college graduates is 27%.
The population was 950,000 in 1950, so it has fallen by 35% in the last 65 years. The population was 24% black in 1950. Decades of liberal Democrat policies drove most of the white population out of the city.
Baltimore’s violent crime rate is 370% higher than the U.S. rate. They have over 200 murders, 300 rapes, 3,600 robberies, 4,600 assaults, 7,800 burglaries, and 22,000 thefts per year. These are all 2 to 4 times the U.S. averages per 100,000 people.
Over 35% of all Baltimore residents get food stamps. Over 85% of the kids get free breakfasts and lunches at school. More than 60% of Baltimore residents are receiving some form of government assistance.
Baltimore’s welfare paradise is paid for by outrageously high taxes. It’s income tax rate of 3.2% is on top of the state rate of 4.75%. It’s property tax rate is more than double the other counties in Maryland. The sales tax rate is 6%. Corporations pay an income tax rate of 8.25%.
The percentage of out of wedlock births to black women in Baltimore exceeds 72%. Baltimore and Detroit are the two cities with populations over 600,000 with the highest percentage of single parent households – 59% to 61%.
The reported unemployment rate for Baltimore is 8.2%, one of the highest in the country. In reality, 42% of the working age population is not working. Young black men between the ages of 20 and 24 have a reported unemployment rate of 37%. But in reality, it is north of 60%. The number of employees in 1990 totaled 475,000. Today they total 365,000, down 23%.


Baltimore and every other Democrat controlled urban enclave in America are destined for decline, destruction, and civic decay. Baltimore cannot be fixed by spending more money on welfare programs. The country has spent $22 trillion on anti-poverty programs since LBJ declared his war on poverty. They haven’t moved the dial on poverty one iota. They have created generations of dependent black people, trapped in urban ghettos like Baltimore.

Must be a whole different system. The spray they used on us, could go 20 feet maybe, and was a stream. In that video the cop had to get right up on that rioter and it was a mist. The big difference with this new stuff is that you have to get close, and it doesn't work. I wonder if they have some new spray that is "more civilian friendly" and less potent. I didn't faze that rioter at all.

That's where you are wrong. The Dindu looks like a hero to the rest of the protestors, by design. He bravely faces the oppressors (police) wearing the F the police shirt, but in a non violent manner. He takes the fake pepper spray to show that the polices little "toys" do nothing to scare or affect the men fighting for change. He gets taken down roughly, ie he "takes one for the team" to prove the violence from the police. Oh yes, the whole thing caught on camera too..what a coincidence!
