Would you be charged with animal cruelty if you slammed a dog into the pavement like this?

Not sure but likely given that RRPD cops have a shitty thug attitude, Stadtmiller has an attitude, and his office/studio is in RR.

I did some digging and kind of remember his side. Took place in July 2009. Good for ratings. Arrested and released same day.
After reading this though, maybe they should have kept him.

I wonder that too since she came out from a nail salon walking. How could they know she was intoxicated while driving?

They "smelled" alcohol on her and confused it with that nail polish remover smell that all nail salons smell like.....

"The officer did what he was supposed to do in that situation".
Do you need to know anything else?

The officer was in fear for his safety. He had to act quickly to subdue the dangerous woman. We can all feel good about the fact that officer friendly went home safely that night.

"Followed department procedures."
I'd love to see where that particular "procedure" is written down, and how it is worded.
It would be a very interesting read, I bet.

Her and her kids are fukt...
While experts debate whether Keith resisted, KVUE has learned this isn't the first time she's been accused of resisting arrest. Prosecutors charged Keith with public intoxication last month in Columbus, Texas, and there is a warrant for her arrest for not paying that fine. According to the incident report, Keith became aggressive towards officers, refused to stand, pulled away as they tried to arrest her and pulled one hand out of handcuffs.
The officers were responding to a disturbance call and were told Keith's mother removed her two daughters from her and took her vehicle. Officers in Columbus reported Keith to CPS for neglectful supervision.
Because Keith's daughter was with her in the Round Rock incident and she is accused of DWI with a child under the age of 15, a felony charge, Round Rock police have also reported to CPS.

Oh, well I see she *deserved* that sort of treatment. Like Freddie Gray. It's all good.
