Thought I felt a quake today. Whole car shook violently for only a second or two. Couldn't find anything reported, but found this interesting article.

They say LA would have a whole 1 minute warning if a big one hit. With a whole 1 minute to relax and prepare, you could really do a lot. :rolleyes:

Could it be that they hit you with the news and then incited the earthquake? Once the news is out all the folks say yes they felt it too?

Seems backwards though, I felt something that apparently is not reported. Weird, was stopped at a light an the whole car shook, violently, fast and sudden. Thought someone rear ended me, but the car behind me was far back. No damage. Thought for sure it was a quake. Thought for sure I'd find something online.
