agreed must listen. good legal concepts in general and for the US specifically. some very good ideas for some issues we have here I've been thinking about.

There was a case in Canada where they got a ruling that says the Canadian Treasury must do it's job of issuing money for the country to develop infrastructure (and maybe provide services). As opposed to borrowing those funds.

This guys angle would be along the same lines. Make em do their job. If you find the right public officer you can get some leverage to get them back to their foundation obligations. When you've got them doing the foundation according to their official responsibilities other things built on top of the "not legal" things they have been doing can't happen. Such as federal tax liens being put in place.

e.g. official recorders, getting them to stop accepting and recording tax liens which are unlawful or illegal (based on his in court/procedure results).

The number of people chipping away is growing now. It's good to see. The key is the money. They demand it and then use it against us in future actions demanding more from others or ourselves again. Part of the battle is choking off the supply lines.
